Sometimes the waiting process can un-nerve you.  Let all the feelings come up---Let’s borrow benefits (ex. will clients show up---will the marketing work) and tap some charge off.

KC: Even though I did everything right this waiting is killing me—I acknowledge this and honor my feelings
KC: Even though I HATE waiting---I admit it’s part of the process and choose to honor my feelings
KC: Even though in the past it was a negative result---maybe this time I can play in acknowledging the feelings and tap through them until I feel calm and peaceful

EB: Are you crazy
SE: I’m a basket case
UE: How can I be calm and peaceful
UN: I just want to KNOW
CH: I want it to be all over and everything to work out
CB: I hate waiting
UA: I get paranoid
TH: I imagine the worse

EB: I see clues and negative signs in everything
SE: I admit this---I’m crazy
UE: All this work and I bet I fail
UN: But, what if this doubt is here to be changed
CH: What if I tapped it out until I felt calmer
CB: That would be better for my nervous system
UA: That seems constructive and conducive to a positive outcome
TH: I know I can’t hurry the process

EB: I choose to tap out the anxiety
SE: Just feel the feelings and tap
UE: Growl if I have to while tapping
UN: Choosing to tap until I’m calm
CH: Choosing to feel calm and peaceful
CB: It will be what it will be
UA: I’m grateful for the opportunity
TH: Choosing to focus on what is best for my body and nervous system

Sometimes we’re too afraid of all the details of the process to conceive.  Let all the feelings come up---Let’s borrow benefits (ex. all the new business skills you’ll have to learn) and tap some
charge off.

KC: Even though I have this fear of injections I acknowledge this is part of the process and I am open to changing this fear
KC: Even though I hate doctor visits I’m open to shifting my thinking
KC: Even though I have to learn all kinds of new things like nutrition and food interactions and chemical changes---oye----I honor and acknowledge my feelings 

EB: All this fear
SE: All this anxiety
UE: All this new stuff to learn
UN: It’s all to overwhelming
CH: I hate needles
CB: The thought---yuk
UA: Doctor visits and that SCALE
TH: I hate it all

EB: All this crap I have to learn
SE: All these old fears
UE: But, it will bring me closer to my goal---that baby
UN: All these injections and test
CH: They’re there to help me
CB: I know why I don’t like all this medical stuff
UA: That was then and this in now
TH: I just have to acknowledge I hate this

EB: HATE THIS
SE: I acknowledge this
UE: Choosing to focus on how it will all help me
UN: Not hiding my dislike but tapping through the feelings and acknowledge them
CH: It’s all there to help be birth my dream----the baby
CB: Choosing to focus on a positive outcome
UA: Choosing to let go of the fears
TH: Choosing to focus on calm and confident and BRAVE

Sometimes we’re too afraid of how our life will change.  Let all the feelings come up---Let’s borrow benefits and tap some charge off.

KC: Even though a part of me can’t wait to be a parent---I confess---a part of me is scared----I honor and acknowledge this
KC: Even though I KNOW I’ll love it----my life will be different and that scares me
KC: Even though I’d love to take on this new role----I admit there are a lot of things I’ll have to put on hold or even give up even if just for a few years

EB: I like my free time
SE: I like my routine
UE: I like my freedom
UN: I like the lack of responsibility in certain areas of my life
CH: I don’t know if I can give it up
CB: I don’t know if I can handle the change
UA: What if I can’t get back on track with the things I like to do now
TH: I want this more than I can even admit
 
EB: But, I’m scared
SE: I’ll lose me
UE: I’ll be different
UN: New responsibility
CH: Others depending on me
CB: I don’t know if I’m up to that
UA: Some of my friends won’t relate to me
TH: All these unknowns 

EB: Maybe there is a way to make it all work out
SE: You aren’t given a challenge without there already being a solution
UE: I have to be open to finding the solution
UN: Maybe to be open to creative solutions 
CH: Being open to possibilities
CB: Knowing the solutions are there
UA: Maybe not the way in which I envision them
TH: I just need to know the solutions are there

The next step is to see the desired outcome ---the baby (or project).  Let all the feelings come up---Let’s borrow benefits and tap some charge off.

KC: Even though I can’t even image it all working out---it’s hard to feel the feelings—I acknowledge this and accept where I am
KC: Even though I try to imagine being pregnant and visualizing it all working out---there is a part of me that doesn’t feel safe going there---I acknowledge this and accept where I am
KC: Even though I want to live in the feeling as if it already happened----I’m afraid to get my hopes up---I honor and acknowledge where I am and am open to shifting this

EB: It’s too risky
SE: I don’t want to get disappointed again
UE: What if it doesn’t happen
UN: It’s safer not to have those feelings
CH: I’m scared
CB: Everything in my life will change if it does happen
UA: A part of me is scared
TH: What if I’m dreadful

EB: Part of me thinks I’ll never be able to do this
SE: How can I visualize it and not get devastated if it doesn’t work out
UE: I’ve visualized before and then was disappointed
UN: It hurts
CH: I don’t know how to trust that I won’t get hurt
CB: It’s too risky
UA: I can choose to let go of some of the fears
TH: I don’t have to hold onto the past failures

EB: I can tap that disappointment out
SE: That was then and this is now
UE: Choosing to focus on the joy of a new experience
UN: Allowing that energy of expansion into my mind
CH: Knowing I’ll be able to handle whatever the outcome is
CB: Knowing I’m giving it my all in the moment
UA: Saying
YES to the possibility
TH: Saying THANK YOU for the opportunity to try

KC: Even though I feel overwhelmed by emotions and all the decisions I have to make---I’m open to something new
KC: Even though it’s been rough for so long and it’s taken it’s emotional toll---I’m open to renewing my commitment to this process and starting afresh
KC: Even though it’s been one emotional ride ---I’m open to more peaceful and calming experiences

EB: Talk about challenges
SE: What an emotional ride
UE: I can’t imagine things working out
UN: I can’t imagine a happy ending
CH: At times I just want to give up
CB: I acknowledge all I’ve been through
UA: Yet, I haven’t given up
TH: That speaks to my inner strength

EB: If I am that tenacious
SE: I must be powerful and strong on some level
UE: I want that inner strength to shine more
UN: I’m ready to face all the remaining challenges
CH: I now can tap on the frustration and fears
CB: Once that is reduced I can tap on how strong I am
UA: I AM strong

KC: Even though I feel so overwhelmed right now---I acknowledge this and accept where I am
KC: Even though I can’t even begin to sort out my emotions, thoughts, and feelings---I accept where I am and how I feel
KC: Even though I’ve been trying and trying and it feels like a never ending struggle and
disappointment---I’m open to letting some of this go

EB: All this overwhelm
SE: Thinking of all the disappointment along the way
UE: All the disappointments
UN: All the struggle
CH: All the failed attempts
CB: All the decisions I have to make
UA: All the steps along the way
TH: Too many emotions

EB: I can’t think straight
SE: A part of me wants to give up
UE: But another part wants the dream to become a reality
UN: Too many decisions and options
CH: All this confusion
CB: Who to believe
UA: What to do
TH: Too much to tap on

EB: Where to start
SE: I don’t have the energy for all this
UE: But I’m open to tapping on what comes up
UN: It feels good to tap on the overwhelm and frustration
CH: I can start with what pops up
CB: Maybe I won’t be a good parent
UA: Maybe I can’t ‘do it
TH: Oh the future
