Sometimes we get confused on how to hold our focus on what we desire---well, it starts with our intention and when our attention drifts we merely have to redirect it.  Let’s borrow benefits and tap some mental-muscle in Pt 8

KC: Even though I’m committed to returning home to my heart-space---I admit there still is some fear
KC: Even though I keep slipping and my attention wanders especially when I’m stressed
KC: Even though I get impatient and slip---I am determined to return my focus to my intuitive-heart-space a godzillion times a day if need be


EB: Oops, there I go slipping again
SE: Oops, there goes my computer crashing and stressing me 
UE: There I go out of my heart-space
UN: Ahhhh, there I go back into my heart-space
CH: Even if just for a second
CB: It’s second of peace
UA: I am honoring my commitment to me
TH: To return home to me as much as possible


EB: I am claiming my birthright
SE: To be fully integrated
UE: To live from my heart-space
UN: Before the “fall of humanity”
CH: When we separated from out heart-space
CB: Which started all this drama and trauma
UA: I desire and am determined to return my focus to home
TH: To me


EB: My heart-space
SE: To claim and operate from my intuitive heart-space
UE: No matter what
UN: What a sacred mission I am on
CH: I celebrate myself each time I return home
CB: Each time I choose to return to me
UA: I am intuitive
TH: I am focused

KC: Even though I’m afraid I won’t do it right---I choose to forge ahead anyway
KC: Even though I don’t know how to start from my head---I can breathe into my heart
KC: Even though I’m not used to listening from my heart----I somehow know it makes sense


EB: What if over time I got a sense that I was in my heart-space
SE: What if I could do it 
UE: It takes practice
UN: And placing my attention in my heart
CH: Letting it be okay that I get frustrated and angry
CB: Boom---blow it up
UA: Let it be fun
TH: A game


EB: From my mind I don’t have a clue
SE: From my heart---it just feels safe and peaceful
UE: A few times I’ve been able to get there
UN: Sounds like a great way and place to put my focus
CH: To breathe into my heart
CB: To feel the waves of forgiveness
UA: To feel the long awaited peace and calm
TH: Finally home


EB: My mind is so afraid
SE: My heart just IS
UE: My mind keeps me afraid
UN: I’m sorry mind that I keep forgetting to bring you down into the heart-space
CH: I’m sorry, please forgive me
CB: Thank you mind for being so scared and creating such distress
UA: That eventually I remember to breathe into my heart
TH: To return my focus home to me and a feeling of peacefulness

KC: Even though I want to focus on the feeling of trusting my intuition---can I trust myself
KC: Even though I want to trust----will others judge me
KC: Even though there is a part of me that still looks for excuses---I honor and acknowledge this and choose to forge ahead no matter what


EB: I want to trust
SE: It’s a hit and miss process 
UE: I don’t know how to trust
UN: I am committed to start learning
CH: It’s okay not to be perfect in the beginning
CB: People will think I’m crazy
UA: I have to value my own opinion
TH: I have to value my life and destiny


EB: I’m here to trust my intuition
SE: And to hold my focus on what I desire
UE: The feeling
UN: I’m so sorry ego that something happened to you
CH: Over and over that led to my shutting down our intuition
CB: It’s okay
UA: I’m sorry, please forgive me for giving up
TH: I’m sorry, please forgive me


EB: I love us enough to start over
SE: To learn to love us enough
UE: To listen with our complete heart, mind and soul
UN: To trust the process
CH: To grow in intuition
CB: To not betray and abandon us again
UA: To learn to let it be okay to not be perfect
TH: I allow us to grow and fly into our freedom

KC: Even though I still have doubts about trusting my intuition and focusing on what I desire---I honor and acknowledge my feelings
KC: Even though I have all these doubts---I choose to refocus my attention and hold my attention on HOW it would feel to trust my intuition
KC: Even though I have all these doubts---I honor and acknowledge them and am choosing to let more of them go


EB: I don’t know if I can trust myself
SE: All these doubts 
UE: All this judgment
UN: All this struggle around holding my focus
CH: My focus on what is not HERE yet
CB: That I can trust my intuition
UA: All this confusion
TH: I desire to trust my intuition


EB: Yet….., BOOM
SE: Choosing to return that negative thinking to sender
UE: Choosing to return my focus to my desired outcome
UN: The feeling of the outcome
CH: HOW would that feel
CB: Freeing
UA: Expansive
TH: Safe and secure


EB: Focusing on not giving up on myself
SE: Allowing myself to do it imperfectly
UE: Allowing it to take the time that it needs
UN: To deal with the limiting thoughts and feelings that arise
CH: I choose to grow in this area
CB: To let myself be an inspiration to myself
UA: And others
TH: Trusting and focusing

KC:  Even though I can wrap my head around I’m safe now---I don’t always trust the messages I receive and I’m open to shifting this
KC: Even though I want to trust my intuition and inner knowing---I sometimes get the wrong messages
KC: Even though everything I experience is just to take me to a new level---sometimes the guidance is just too much and makes me feel as if I’m not really being supported by the universe


EB: Sometimes I get an “intuitive” hit and boy is it the wrong thing to do
SE: I don’t care if I just needed to clear some more stuff 
UE: I feel betrayed
UN: I feel let down
CH: Was it a loud hunch
CB: Or a quiet hunch
UA: Loud is my ego 
TH: My ego wants me to stay small


EB: Hummm, I don’t remember
SE: Maybe I can just observe and sit with hunches for a minute
UE: At least I’m asking for help from the universe
UN: That’s huge
CH: Sometimes I do let myself down
CB: Maybe it just and egoic reaction
UA: I’m not going to give up on myself
TH: I owe it to myself


EB: To glean what is my intuition
SE: And what is lower vibrating egoic energy
UE: I allow myself to discern the difference
UN: I allow myself to discover more of me
CH: To expand my focus and attention
CB: To celebrate myself
UA: Instead of focusing on the “failures”
TH: They are what they are

CB: I am intuitive and growing more so every day and learning what to trust and what to dismiss

KC: Even though my ego is still fighting me---I honor and acknowledge that I often give up on myself
KC: Even though I intend to focus on my desires and live in my heart---it’s HARD
KC: Even though I do everything I can to let go and not judge myself---I honor and acknowledge my limitations and choose to keep letting them go


EB: Returning those limiting thoughts to sender
SE: All this sadness and disappointment 
UE: Return to sender
UN: Whatever is my part
CH: I destroy and un-create it now
CB: Pod and Poc the sucker
UA: I’m tired of my ego holding me captive
TH: It’s time I asked my ego to help me in a new way


EB: To just help me live in my heart
SE: To feel peaceful and loved
UE: A quiet strength
UN: That’s such a great beginning
CH: My ego and I don’t have to struggle around this
CB: Ego, wouldn’t you like to vacation in my heart
UA: To rest for once
TH: To not have to be on guard


EB: We are safe
SE: It’s okay
UE: I just want to focus on feeling good
UN: On feeling calm and confident
CH: That will help us stay safer
CB: Who knows what strengths we’ll find in our heart
UA: Let’s try it
TH: Let’s not make it hard---just for today

KC: Even though I desire to be 100% present and focused on my desires---I honor and acknowledge all my doubts
KC: Even though I desire to be present---I know me and admit I slip and get upset with myself
KC: Even though I desire to live in my heart and remain present for myself and others---I honor and acknowledge my doubts

EB: All these doubts
SE: I don’t think it’s possible 
UE: My attention drifts
UN: It’s easy to focus on what I don’t desire
CH: I’m a pro at that
CB: I know it’s muscle memory
UA: It takes such commitment and time to return my focus
TH: And then it’s just for a second

EB: I feel like such a failure
SE: I know my ego wants me to stay small
UE: I know I’m sabotaging myself with all this doubt
UN: One step at a time
CH: When I see the color red I can breathe into my heart
CB: There are certainly enough traffic lights to help me with this
UA: I just need to do the best I can
TH: To not give up on me

EB: To take a few minutes to start
SE: To hold my focus for as long as I can
UE: Even if it’s just 20 seconds at a time
UN: I’m willing to do that
CH: 20 seconds a few times a day
CB: At each stop light and stop sign
UA: I desire to grow in a healthy direction
TH: I choose not to give up on myself

CB: I am ready, willing and able to do this as many times a day as I can

KC: Even though I’m not sure about all this I acknowledge how much of a failure I feel 
KC: Even though you’d think it would be easy to hold my focus on what I desire through a consistent intention---I honor and acknowledge how difficult it is for me
KC: Even though I want to hold my focus I have all this doubt


EB: Oh, my intention is I’ll fail and go into doubt
SE: Intention is what I focus on 
UE: Oh, it feels so illusive
UN: I desire to succeed at having a thriving business
CH: My intention or focus is to hold the feeling of success
CB: What would that mean to me
UA: Security and Safety
TH: What does that feel like


EB: I’m not sure
SE: What would happen it just for a second I let myself feel safe
UE: Feel financially abundant
UN: Tingly and spacious
CH: Oh, that’s my intention
CB: To live in that vibration
UA: So as I notice my attention is wavering
TH: I just ask myself again


EB: What vibration do I desire to experience
SE: Hold that feeling for as long as I can
UE: Several times a day
UN: Oh, then my intention grows as does my focus
CH: Why is it so illusive
CB: Who cares
UA: I have a glimpse now
TH: I just keep returning to how I want it to feel

CB: That is my intention in action---just like THINKING---it is a deeper kind of thinking
