Sometime it just feels too unattainable because we procrastinate ---so let’s borrow benefits and tap some charge off.

KC: Even though I have this dreadful habit of procrastinating because I don’t think I can achieve my goal---I admit this and am open to shifting this perspective
KC: Even though I procrastinate because I’m not sure what to do next---I acknowledge this
KC: Even though I don’t know what I’m afraid of or what to do next and procrastinate instead---I acknowledge this and am open to changing it

EB: I don’t know what to do
SE: I’m afraid
UE: I’d rather play
UN: I’d rather not be uncomfortable
CH: I don’t want to face what bothers me about doing THIS thing in front of me
CB: It’s easier to check my emails or facebook
UA: I don’t feel very adult
TH: I’m used to letting myself and others down

EB: I’m afraid to be successful
SE: But, I don’t like being this immature
UE: I know I can be creative
UN: I’m just not seeing the creativity in this research
CH: I’m not used to seeing the creativity in the marketing
CB: I’d rather do other things
UA: Tapping out my resistance
TH: Choosing to let go of my blocks

EB: Who do these ideas and beliefs belong to anyway
SE: I choose to tap them out
UE: They are holding me back
UN: Thanks for keeping me safe and now it’s time to go back to where you came from
CH: I want to shine and I want supportive beliefs
CB: I want to see the creativity in all I do
UA: How can I see THIS creatively
TH: Letting go of the old beliefs

Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh

CB: Looking for the tiny bit of creativity in whatever I have to do

When the limiting thoughts come back tap on the UE and say or think: “I  choose to look for the creativity ---the hidden joy in what I have to do NOW”

Goal setting

Sometime it just feels too unattainable because we’ve never been successful ---so let’s borrow benefits and tap some charge off.

KC: Even though I have this belief that I’ll never be successful---I acknowledge this and am open to shifting my perspective
KC: Even though I have this pattern of not succeeding---I honor and acknowledge it and am open to changing it
KC: Even though I can’t even imagine what success would look like---I acknowledge this and am open to changing

EB: All this doubt
SE: I’m a looser
UE: It happens for other but not for me
UN: Nothing ever works for me
CH: That’s my belief and I can prove it
CB: I want to change but don’t know how
UA: I admit it keeps me safe and small
TH: I hate being like this

EB: So I guess it’s really not keeping me safe
SE: But I have had some small successes
UE: I just sabotaged myself and lost what I had
UN: I didn’t value what I had
CH: I threw them away because on some level I didn’t feel worthy
CB: That was then and this is now
UA: I value myself more
TH: I’m feeling better about myself

EB: No you don’t
SE: The heck I don’t
UE: I’m in a way better place then I was even 10 years ago
UN: Maybe this time I can achieve and NOT toss it all away
CH: I’m realizing everyday what I have to feel grateful for
CB: I wasn’t AWARE of anything positive back then
UA: I just might be able to envision a positive future
TH: I can focus on gratitude and go from there

CB: Focusing of cherishing every positive aspect and thing in my life

Sometime it just feels too unattainable because we believe the hype about  the poor economy ---so let’s borrow benefits and tap some charge off.

KC: Even though I want to set goals---the economy is too bad so what’s the point
KC: Even though I have this belief that the bad economy will keep me from my goal---I acknowledge this and am open to shifting this perspective 
KC: Even though I believe all this hype on some level---maybe it’s an excuse  to stay small---I acknowledge this and want to change

EB: I’m afraid
SE: The economy is too bad and everyone knows it
UE: That’s all you hear in the media
UN: I even lost my job and I know others who lost everything
CH: Why should I think I can be successful in this economy
CB: No way can I beat the odds
UA: Who do I think I am
TH: It’s impossible

EB: Yet. There are people who are successful
SE: But, their exceptions
UE: But, I was always told I was DIFFERENT
UN: Maybe I can be an exception
CH: It’s impossible
CB: No way
UA: But, I have a skill that can help people
TH: Maybe, just maybe I can be open to the idea that I can be successful

EB: Maybe I can focus on the people who are successful in this economy
SE: Focus on what they suggest
UE: Pattern myself after them
UN: Allow a more positive mindset
CH: Find strategies that work for me
CB: One action step at a time
UA: To keep moving my vision and goal forward
TH: To move forward instead of the mass consciousness of stuck and hopeless

CB: Focusing on the positive and choosing to remain hopeful

Sometime it just feels too unattainable---so let’s start with tapping out some general objection feelings to reduce the stress.

KC: Even though I have all this doubt that I’ll ever reach my goals---I acknowledge this and want to accept where I am
KC: Even though I don’t think I’ll ever overcome my blocks and reach my goal—I honor where I am and am open to  change
KC: Even though I don’t believe I’ll ever succeed in my vision---I  acknowledge this and am willing to start letting some negative thinking go

EB: No I don’t
SE: It will never happen for me
UE: Why bother
UN: It’s just another day dream
CH: It isn’t real
CB: Why get my hopes  up
UA: It’s too risky
TH: I always let myself down

EB: It’s safer not to dream
SE: But, am I safer
UE: Mentally I’m beating myself up
UN: It’s mental torture
CH: I feel stuck
CB: I’m sick and tired of being this way
UA: I want to change this
TH: What’s one SMALL thing I can do to change this pattern

EB: That would help me move toward my vision/goal
SE: Then when I feel comfortable I can take the next step
UE: That feels doable
UN: Then I wouldn’t feel so stuck
CH: I could keep asking---What next?
CB: I think I can do this
UA: That feels like I’m in control
TH: It might work

Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh

CB: Letting it work---just what small action step can to do today

Having a goal allows the mind to search and be on the look out for solutions

Once you start letting the mind search for solutions and you are present and alert to the clues revealing themselves to you the magic begins.  Let’s tap to take some resistance charge off.
 
KC: Even though I know what I want I admit I don’t bring the feeling down into my heart.  I acknowledge this and love and accept myself
KC: Even though I wasted a lot of years not getting to the feeling of what I want I honor this and love and accept myself
KC: Even though I keep thinking a GOAL is a mental process I’m open to a new way of being

EB: Hey, a goal is mental
SE: I have to make plans
UE: I have to be on the look out for guidance but I still have to take the action
UN: But does the ACTION feel right
CH: Does your heart feel light when you take action
CB: Oh, I look for the signs and check in with my heart
UA: If it FEELS light it’s right
TH: YES

EB: Oh, I trust the mind
SE: Feel if the answer is light
UE: Take action and keep checking
UN: Right
CH: What if it feels right and turns out to be wrong
CB: What did you learn from the wrong path
UA: Oh, it might be part of the adventure of discovery
TH: Exactly, like hide-and-seek---let it be fun

EB: Discovery can be fun
SE: Oh, so it’s an aspect in the failure that can help me perfect IT
UE: Yes, it’s not a failure it’s seeing an aspect that wasn’t quite right and now you gat to tweak it
UN: That’s pretty powerful--- to see if it’s right from all angles
CH: And always FEELING the end result from the goal I have
CB: Letting it pull me towards the end feeling
UA: The mind wants the heart to be happy let them work together
TH: Oh, it’s a co-creation
 
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh

CB:  I like that---what a delightful and less lonely way of achieving a goal

When fear starts creeping in tap on the UE and say: “I allow myself to achieve my goals in a new less stressful and lonely way.”
