Sometimes little irritations can derail our best Resolutions to raise our vibration.  Let’s borrow benefits and tap some charges off Pt 5

KC: Even though a part of me is still holding onto irritation and hopelessness---I choose to let more go
KC: Even though there is still some resistance---I honor and acknowledge the process
KC: Even though this THING is still bugging the crap out of me---I’m open to focusing on what I can do to raise my vibration


EB: All this remaining irritation
SE: I choose to just let it be
UE: To focus on raising my vibration
UN: To taking what action I can
CH: And then focus on what raises my vibration
CB: All this irritation
UA: I may not have the solution right this minute
TH: I may not even know what to do


EB: I do know that if I close my mind to the possibility of a solution out there
SE: Then I am doomed
UE: I refuse to sentence myself further
UN: All this irritation
CH: I choose to let you be
CB: Right now I need to focus on raising my vibration
UA: If I’m in irritation---you win and my vibration lowers and I create more of you
TH: There are enough of you to service a godzillion people


EB: I don’t need to feed you more
SE: I choose to be happy even in the midst of this irritation
UE: I’ve done what I can for today
UN: NOW, I choose to focus on what will contribute to my happiness
CH: What can I do to raise my vibration
CB: Thank you irritation
UA: You did your job now
TH: Now you may retire into the recesses of my mind


Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh

CB: You are on my to-do list and will not be ignored

When the limiting thoughts come back tap on the UE and say or think: I am committed to raising my vibration with is the best solution in the NOW

Sometimes little irritations can derail our best Resolutions to raise our vibration.  Let’s borrow benefits and tap some charges off Pt 4

KC: Even though this irritation is still bugging the crap out of me---I honor and acknowledge the charge is less
KC: Even though a part of me is still holding onto this irritation---I choose not to judge that part of me
KC: Even though a part of me wants to change---I will not judge the rate of change---I honor and acknowledge the process


EB: It’s taking too long
SE: I’m so ashamed at how reluctant I am to change
UE: All this resistance to letting go of my judgment and resentment
UN: I’m judging this irritation as a punishment doled out to me because I’m a horrible person
CH: Boom---return that energy to sender
CB: I just have a belief that I’m betraying my family ancestral line of always being losers
UA: The threads of my lack and limitations run deep
TH: Who cares


EB: I bundle all the reasons into one pile and boom
SE: I choose to destroy and un-create them now
UE: I choose to be open to a miracle
UN: To know that I don’t know when or how
CH: I just know that I am open to a miracle
CB: That miracle is shifting my vibration
UA: No matter how lost and hopeless it all feels
TH: I can focus on something that makes me happier


EB: Even if it’s going to bed early
SE: I choose to focus on where I can start
UE: Start to raising my vibration
UN: I choose to acknowledge where I am and to ask
CH: How can I contribute to raising my vibration
CB: How can I be a contribution to my faith
UA: How can I stay present and know
TH: In the moment I am safe and taken care of


Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh

CB: I claim and direct my mind to know I am safe in the moment and taken care of no matter what has happened and how bleak the future looks---I am safe in the moment and taken care of

When the limiting thoughts come back tap on the UE and say or think: I am claiming and directing my awareness to know I am safe and open to receiving miracles

Sometimes little irritations can derail our best Resolutions to raise our vibration.  Let’s borrow benefits and tap some charges off Pt 3

KC: Even though this THING is bugging the crap out of me---I FEEL TRAPPED and resent it
KC: Even though I’m smart and well educated I’ve created a box of employment limitation and can’t see a way out and that’s adding to the irritation
KC: Even though there are so many contributing factors to my irritation I honor and acknowledge how overwhelmed and hopeless I feel


EB: All these limiting beliefs
SE: All these contributing factors
UE: I feel trapped
UN: I’m beating myself up
CH: I created it
CB: I’m sorry---I don’t know what to do
UA: I feel trapped
TH: I’m scared


EB: All these emotions
SE: I choose to start letting them go
UE: Focusing on the irritations only increases the irritations
UN: I choose to focus on there being a miraculous solution out there
CH: Perhaps it’s a job I don’t know about yet
CB: Perhaps there is a money miracle I don’t know about yet
UA: Perhaps it’s just a growing willingness to start taking positive action
TH: I honor and acknowledge all the small steps


EB: There was a time I would freeze and wallow for years
SE: Now it’s less
UE: I choose to celebrate that as a miracle
UN: Albiet slow---I celebrate the shift
CH: Me, celebrating a willingness to change my point of view
CB: Me, willing to accept a miracle
UA: Me, willing to take action no matter how small
TH: Not judging what I do---rather, that I’m taking action

CB: Me, taking action----besting my irritations one micro-irritation at a time

KC: Even though there are several things that bug the crap out of me and I can’t seem to stop it I choose to change my point of view the best I can
KC: Even though this outside THING is bugging the crap out of me and is costing me money I don’t have---I choose to see it’s the fear of not having money that is really irritating me
KC: Even though this thing is draining my bank account---the irony is the irritation is abundant in never-ending-irritation


EB: When will I stop focusing on lack
SE: On fear
UE: On limitation
UN: On fear of living a big life
CH: Of being seem
CB: When I start to love myself more
UA: Sweet precious one
TH: I’m so sorry that a part of you is still in fear and lack


EB: I’m so sorry that you feel really broken in certain areas
SE: I resolve to keep sending love to those areas
UE: So we can heal
UN: So we can focus on the positive abundance around us
CH: Thank goodness for charge cards to help us out
CB: Thank you for people we can hire to help us out
UA: Thank you for awareness
TH: It helps us see sooner rather than later out limitations


EB: Remember how it took us decades to even get a glimmer of awareness
SE: It’s less now---sometimes minutes and sometimes longer
UE: I’m sorry sweet one that you have the belief that if you get money someone will take it
UN: That’s why you drew this irritation to you
CH: It’s costing you money
CB: It’s keeping you in lack
UA: I’m so sorry that a part of you is still afraid to have money
TH: I’m so sorry---let’s keep tapping and digging deeper

KC: Even though I can only control my reaction---gosh, I hate when minor things trigger me
KC: Even though I can’t stand how I can still be derailed ---I honor and acknowledge that it’s a process
KC: Even though I start feeling lack and go into my victim story---I resolve and commit to myself to regroup and refocus


EB: I can’t believe I let it get to me
SE: It never ends
UE: It just sneaks up on me
UN: It bugs the crap out of me
CH: I hate this
CB: I want it to be different
UA: Why won’t it change
TH: I did everything right


EB: What went wrong
SE: Sometimes others need to see how we are dealing with adversity
UE: So what---I’m tired of being the teacher
UN: I’m tired of everything going wrong in my life
CH: I’m not a Saint
CB: I don’t want to be canonized
UA: I do want to be seen
TH: Yet, I keep myself small and hidden


EB: Yet, when these irritations create a melt down
SE: I sure am larger than life
UE: And want everyone to know about it
UN: And will tell my story to anyone who will listen
CH: Ohhhhhhhhhh
CB: It’s still not fail
UA: I want to live large
TH: Not in misery

CB: Awareness---crap---I guess I can see one cause for attracting irritants into my life
