Sometimes we hold onto pain and doubts because they’re familiar----let’s borrow benefits and tap some charge off Pt 7

KC: Even though I may hold onto limitation from time to time---I honor and acknowledge the process
KC: Even though I know I will slip---I choose to focus on the times I succeed and to live more in gratitude than in criticism
KC: Even though I’m not used to living in gratitude---I’m open to giving it a try


EB: All the years wasted in being pessimistic
SE: I’m in the habit of being a pessimist
UE: I’m not in the habit of being an optimist
UN: I give myself permission to let go of being a pessimist
CH: To stop seeing everything from lack and limitation
CB: To shift my point of view
UA: To see that the sun raises everyday no matter what
TH: To see that even if there are clouds the sun is still there


EB: To know that if I slip I am still on the path of ascension and clarity
SE: To know that as I let go of my numbness in life
UE: I grow in clarity
UN: That even if I make mistakes
CH: I am still okay no matter what the clouds of society say
CB: No matter what the clouds of my ego say
UA: The sun is still there and so is my beloved self
TH: I am whole and complete and loving no matter what


EB: Like an actor in a play
SE: I at times get lost in the play and forget
UE: I am really love
UN: I choose to return to that knowing
CH: To know that I am love
CB: And have always been love
UA: No matter what the “play” of mistakes looks like
TH: I will come up from the script and SEE the truth

CB: That I am love and worthy of playing a new part

Sometimes we hold onto pain and doubts because they’re familiar----let’s borrow benefits and tap some charge off Pt 6

KC: Even though I’m choosing to let the past go---I keep hearing society say that we “have to learn from the past so we don’t repeat the same mistake”
KC: Even though I know what they mean---I choose to forget the past and focus on love and out of love I won’t hurt anyone---especially myself
KC: Even though it’s a scary thought because I mistook caution and reflection as self-love---I honor and acknowledge my error and choose to focus on letting go of the past and embracing a loving future


EB: Selfishly focusing on loving myself
SE: Then I won’t hurt anyone
UE: What if they want to hurt me
UN: Well they can’t really
CH: All this fear that they will hurt me
CB: This mortal life
UA: Silly me---there I go giving my power away
TH: I give myself permission to know that I don’t have to buy their fears


EB: If I want a loving future
SE: I need to focus on what is right for me in each moment
UE: Minding my own business
UN: To ask a bazillion times a day what is right for me in each moment
CH: To let go of the unconscious pattern of living other people’s lives and opinions
CB: To boldly go where my soul chooses to go
UA: To find out what is right for me
TH: I give myself permission to ask myself questions all day long


EB: Yes, to be my own annoying 2 year old
SE: To embrace that inquisitive side
UE: To let myself ask “WHY”
UN: WHY am I about to choose something that is like my father would choose
CH: Yes, it will bring up “STUFF”
CB: And it will also be my key to releasing myself from this self-imposed prison I’m in
UA: I give myself permission to let go and be that questionable little 2 year old
TH: To follow my knowing


Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh

CB: To say “NO”----that is not right for me---I’m sorry, please forgive me, I love you enough to say NO

KC: Even though a part of me is starting to feel okay with being responsible another part of me isn’t and I want that part to grow in clarity more
KC: Even though a part of me is still scared I give myself permission to let more confusion go
KC: Even though I’m afraid because I don’t know how to grow up----I give myself permission to know I know more than I think


EB: All this fear
SE: All these messages
UE: All these false beliefs
UN: That I’m doomed
CH: That I’ll screw it up
CB: My father screwed up everything
UA: He died in poverty
TH: That’s where I’m headed


EB: I give myself permission to NOT live out HIS karma
SE: I give myself permission to figure out my life starting now
UE: To let go of the idea that I had to save him
UN: That I had to figure out what he did wrong
CH: He’s dead
CB: I’m sorry Dad that I couldn’t help you
UA: I’m sorry I can’t live your life
TH: I’m sorry I have to let this all go


EB: Like a failed experiment
SE: Like the unsolvable math equation
UE: There will be no end
UN: I give myself permission and the Mobius loop I’m living to end NOW
CH: I give myself permission to laugh at all the years wasted
CB: To laugh---because I finally realize the futility
UA: I reclaim all the power wasted in those years and now apply them to a new creation
TH: A creation of infinite possibilities

CB: I give myself permission to focus on the unseen future

KC: Even though I’m terrified that I’m kidding myself---I want to see clearly and give myself permission to let go of my old behavior of giving my power to judgment
KC: Even though I keep judging myself wrong---I realize I judged my father and now am living his life in attempts to gain clarity for myself
KC: Even though I’m not living my life to understand myself---I honor and acknowledge the confusion and want to grow in awareness and clarity


EB: I keep finding ways to make myself wrong
SE: Ways to NOT look at my part
UE: Not taking responsibility
UN: Trying to blame others
CH: I am the only one to blame
CB: Yes, I was conditioned
UA: Yes, this is hard
TH: I’m letting it be hard


EB: I give myself permission to start letting it go
SE:  Letting go of this behavior in every part of my body
UE: Letting go of the habit of making myself wrong
UN: Making myself small
CH: All these excuses
CB: All these reasons to make myself wrong
UA: I want to let more of it go
TH: To see what I am doing


EB: And then to make the choice to stop beating myself up
SE: It’s okay that I SEE what I’m doing
UE: That’s good
UN: I give myself permission to let the blame go
CH:  To let the light of day in
CB: Yes, it will sting for a bit
UA: It’s okay
TH: I give myself permission to NOT make myself wrong


Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh

CB: I give myself permission to SEE clearly and to know it’s okay to let go and not blame myself

KC: Even though I’m prettying happy with my life people make comments and BAMM I’m back in doubt and can’t let the judgment go
KC: Even though I grab onto their judgment and give my power to the judgment----I want to shift this so I can create the life I desire
KC: Even though I’m still judging myself according to their judgment of me at times---I want to let this go


EB: Letting go of my power
SE: Grabbing onto theirs
UE: I want to let this habit go
UN: I’m conditioned to letting my power and dreams go
CH: I don’t even care where I got it
CB: Ah, my father
UA: He let go of his dreams
TH: He wanted me to live his


EB: I’m punishing’s myself for not doing it
SE: And then trying to do it
UE: All this confusion
UN: All this stress
CH: I want to start letting it go
CB: To be okay with my progress
UA: With my set point for now
TH: To accept it


EB: I can’t change it if I don’t accept it
SE: Allowing myself to let go of their judgments
UE: All this power
UN: I have all this power
CH: I keep giving it to judgment
CB: Then I sabotage myself
UA: It looks like I’m lazy
TH: I’m not---just confused

CB: Thank you clarity and the pain it brings

KC: Even though I still have stuff to let go----I’m still angry that I’m still in the habit of holding onto old pain and doubts
KC: Even though I honor and acknowledge the process---I really hate that it is taking so lone
KC: Even though I have had enough---I choose to let go of some more rage and pain


EB: All this pain
SE: All this rage
UE: All this doubt
UN: I want to let more go
CH: Why won’t it go
CB: The more I focus on it the larger it gets
UA: I choose to let it get so large that it pops
TH: Letting myself be a mental drama queen


EB: Letting the pain expand until it pops
SE: Why won’t it just go away
UE: Letting my frustration expand out until it pops
UN: Returning to my breath
CH: Returning to the process
CB: More will be revealed
UA: Isn’t that the way life is
TH: Isn’t that the way things are discovered


EB: Choosing to let more go
SE: Choosing to let myself acknowledge my frustration
UE: Choosing to tap more out
UN: Letting the feelings expand out
CH: Not overwhelm me
CB: But to expand up and out
UA: Larger, larger, larger
TH: POP

Sometimes we hold onto pain and doubts because they’re familiar----let’s borrow benefits and tap some charge off Pt 1

KC: Even though I’m still in the habit of holding onto the pain and doubts and that only attracts more pain and doubt---I’m open to shifting this
KC: Even though I’ve made tremendous strides energetically---I’m still attracting adversarial people and I want to shift this energy
KC: Even though I’m holding my focus---I admit I’m still irritated that my circumstances are still negative --- and I choose to let go of some of this frustration now


EB: All this negativity around me
SE: All this frustration that I can’t change the people around me
UE: All the mental pain and doubts it’s bringing up in me
UN: I’m only drawing more and more to me
CH: Instead of less and less
CB: Feeling trapped
UA: Feeling helpless
TH: Frustrated


EB: I just want to cry
SE: WHY
UE: Why am I still drawing this to me
UN: Maybe it’s lack of faith that it will change at the right time
CH: HOW long----I’m so impatient
CB: All this impatience
UA: In the midst of the pain and doubts
TH: I forget


EB: I forget that it’s all an illusion
SE: Maybe it’s happening because someone else needs the restimulation
UE: Maybe it’s so I can just shrug and stick to my resolve to leave
UN: Whatever the reason I give myself permission to not make myself wrong
CH: I’m not doing it wrong
CB: I’m doing the best I can
UA: I can’t change others
TH: I can only shrug and do the best I can in the swamp


Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh

CB: When I’m are up to my behind in alligators in the middle of the swamp---I will do my best to keep focusing on the land
