Sometimes we have problems in that area because there is something(s) weighing us down.  Let’s borrow benefits and tap some charge off Pt 6

KC: Even though my breathing is better I choose to see each moment of contraction as an opportunity to expand myself and my breathing
KC: Even though I’m allowing myself to release and expand---I honor and acknowledge the contribution the moments of contraction bring to me
KC: Even though I’d rather life was just glacial--- I choose to see all the dips and valleys as an adventure


EB: All the new moments of compression
SE: Making me feel as though it’s old stuff
UE: My body is in the habit of reacting to certain new stresses in old ways
UN: I’m ready to let that be okay
CH: It’s just my body telling me we are not letting go of energy that is not ours
CB: New moments of compression
UA: Life happening
TH: Focusing on what is none of my business
 
EB: I choose to unplug from that projection
SE: Just because the mass consciousness wants to play in guilt, blame and shame
UE: Doesn’t mean I have to
UN: Like going to a horror movie
CH: It’s just a projection
CB: I give myself permission
UA: To leave the theatre
TH: If I don’t care for the movie I can leave


EB: Or, change the channel
SE: I don’t have to believe their projection is true for me
UE: I choose to focus on the movie I desire to see
UN: I choose to see my lungs
CH: Pink and clear and healthy
CB: I choose to expand into feel-good movies and experiences
UA: I choose to expand the moments of compression out
TH: Letting them fade into nothing


Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh

CB: Thank moments of compression for putting me on notice to change what I’m viewing

When the limiting thoughts come back tap on the UE and say or think: I am committed to leaving the theatre and watching the movie of my choice---and so it is!

KC: Even though there is still some guilt and sadness---I choose to let more go
KC: Even though it’s scary to not take on other peoples expectations of me---I accept myself and my journey
KC: Even though pockets of fear still get caught in my lungs I honor and acknowledge that I deserve to live and breathe for myself---to focus on my own learning lessons


EB: When I focus on them I shirk my responsibility
SE: My responsibility to myself
UE: To be of service to me
UN: I’m here to experience love and to be love
CH: To create in joy and bliss
CB: To return all negative energy
UA: So that it can be transmuted in the light of love
TH: That sounds good


EB: And when I can’t breathe I go into doubt
SE: When I don’t mind my own business
UE: I can’t breathe
UN: When THEY judge me I can’t breathe
CH: I give myself permission to say NO
CB: Like I would to little child
UA: I’m sorry, you need to learn this on your own
TH: No one rescues me


EB: I give myself permission to let go of that resentment
SE: They are doing it right
UE: I’m the only one who can rescue me
UN: I give myself permission to rescue me
CH: To focus on what I need to do to live in joy
CB: I’m sorry, please forgive me, I love you enough to let you learn your own lesson
UA: I’m sorry sweet one---we can learn our lessons without another rescuing us as  well
TH: Thank you precious lungs for reminding me that we can love ourselves enough not to take on other peoples STUFF

CB: I give myself permission to expand into a healthy me---breathing deeply

KC: Even though I’m getting better at asking “How can I be a contribution to my breathing” ---I honor and acknowledge that at times I forget and make myself wrong
KC: Even though I still slip---I’m open to letting myself be okay
KC: Even though I am still frustrated that my breathing is still labored--- I accept myself and the process


EB: All this remaining heaviness in my lungs
SE: I choose to let more go
UE: All this remaining doubt
UN: I choose to let more go
CH: I give my body permission to let go
CB: All this heaviness
UA: All this responsibility
TH: That I take on from others


EB: All the demands and expectations that I took on
SE: I return them all to sender in neutral
UE: I no longer need to live up to others expectations of me
UN: All the fear that brings up
CH: All that fear and grief that that is settling in my lungs
CB: I return that energy to sender in neutral
UA: All the sadness that THEY will be disappointed in me
TH: I’m sorry ---please forgive me


EB: I can’t help you
SE: It never was my job
UE: To make you happy
UN: Only you can do that
CH: I could never rescue you
CB: Or cure you
UA: I can never hurt enough
TH: To help you heal and feel better

CB: I don’t need to punish myself because you think I failed you

KC: Even though I want to focus on me and not people pleasing ---the thought is weighing me down
KC: Even though it sounds good to separate from them---the guilt is weighing heavy on me and I still can’t breathe
KC: Even though when I’m in the moment my lungs feel better---I don’t quite trust the process


EB: I hate disappointing people
SE: I’m afraid
UE: I’m scared
UN: All this tension
CH: Life is stressful enough
CB: I can’t deal with people hating me
UA: All this stress
TH: Weighing heavy on me


EB: Not knowing what to do
SE: How to say the right thing
UE: How to let go
UN: Doubting the process
CH: All this weighing heavily on me
CB: I want to start letting it go
UA: From every fiber of my being
TH: I choose to keep returning to my commitment


EB: To feeling it and reconnecting to the ground and the heavens
SE: To feel that universal connection
UE: That KNOWING that I’m safe no matter what my mind thinks
UN: Even if just for a second
CH: To let the heaviness return to the earth
CB: To be transmuted
UA: I choose to let what bothers me come to the surface
TH: So I can return the density to the earth

KC: Even though I don’t want to feel all the hurt from the past I do know on some level I’m not to blame and I want that part to grow
KC: Even though I’m afraid on some level they might be right about me---I choose to start shifting that now
KC: Even though it feels like it’s too late to change and I don’t want to disappoint people---I honor and acknowledge that it’s time for me to shine


EB: I’m too scared
SE: Me be independent
UE: Me---think of myself first
UN: Are you kidding me
CH: When I did that as a kid I was hurt and punished
CB: I can’t
UA: Who will people think I am
TH: I can’t take care of myself


EB: I can’t unplug from the role they assigned me
SE: I can’t
UE: I’m afraid
UN: I don’t know how
CH: HOW
CB: How to I let myself separate from others
UA: Wait that’s all they do is separate themselves from me
TH: They don’t love me and have said as much


EB: I’m the one who keeps trying to please them
SE: Then they reject me
UE: What if I give them what they want
UN: Me gone
CH: They’ll complain
CB: What I know for sure is that I haven’t been able to please them
UA: I give myself permission to start separating from the illusion that I’ll ever please them
TH: And focus on closing the energetic gap with myself

CB: I give myself permission to close the energetic gap with myself---to feel one with the divine and myself

When the limiting thoughts come back tap on the UE and say or think: I am determined to love myself to wholeness and to know I am not separate from the divine and never have been and that’s the only thing that matters

KC: Even though I can barely breathe the doctor says it’s a cold; and yet I know it won’t go away
KC: Even though I can breathe and my lungs are congested I admit there is something weighing heavily on my chest
KC: Even though a part of me doesn’t want to see one more limitation I’m holding onto---it sure would be nice to breathe easier


EB: All this congestion
SE: I can’t breathe
UE: Asthma, cold, whatever
UN: It’s always something
CH: I can’t breathe
CB: All this heaviness in my chest
UA: Nothing helps
TH: I can’t get any relief


EB: All this sadness
SE: All this grief
UE: I feel like I’m drowning
UN: It feels like a lifetime of disappointment
CH: Disappointment and loss I never acknowledged
CB: Drowning me
UA: No one will save me
TH: I can’t seem to save myself


EB: I don’t know how
SE: That’s the message I got
UE: I was too stupid
UN: That I didn’t have any common sense
CH: I believed all their lies their projections
CB: That I wasn’t worthy
UA: All this sorrow and shame
TH: All this guilt and blame that I was a burden inflicted on them

CB: Allowing myself to feel all the emotions and tap and expand them out
