Money goal disappointments

Step by step we can change the voice in our head and tap our way to a new monetary goal and outcome.  Let’s borrow benefits and tap some doubt off and tap in some possibility energy.

KC: Even though the voice in my head is asking where the money is I accept this and choose to focus that money is on its way
KC: Even though my money goal hasn’t materialized yet I  choose to keep taking baby steps toward my goal in spite of the doubting voices in my head
KC: Even though I didn’t make my monetary goal yet---I acknowledge this and acknowledge all the positive steps I’ve taken and choose to believe that I am worthy and deserving

EB: I’ve been conflicted
SE: I want to believe
UE: But nothing has changed yet
UN: But I don’t feel desperate
CH: I feel hopeful
CB: But the voice in my head is still doubtful
UA: I acknowledge this
TH: I choose to keep taking steps toward changing the voice in my head

EB: I’m open to clearing my money blocks
SE: I’m open to solutions showing up
UE: I’m open to doing my part
UN: I’m open to the universe supporting me
CH: I’m open to believing that the solution will come at the right time
CB: I’m open to tiny miracles
UA: I’m open to large miracles
TH: I’m open to a quiet peaceful mind

EB: Every time something positive happens I choose to focus on that
SE: I choose to be grateful for what I have
UE: Choosing to see myself as successful
UN: rather than as a failure
CH: As long as I’m taking steps toward changing my vibration
CB: I know I’m moving forward and toward a solution
UA: Trusting the process
TH: No matter what

CB:  Choosing to focus on the positive because I AM  worthy

Sometimes we have to remind ourselves that our story and belief was and is not ours---just like a bad habit we picked up and with time can let go of. 
Let’s borrow benefits and tap some charge off.

KC: Even though I’m used to telling this money story and beliefs—I
acknowledge it and sure want to change the story
KC: Even though the critical voice in my head sounds like my voice I admit that I took on the beliefs and story of others and replayed it so much I started hearing it in my voice----I sure want to change it
KC: Even though I have this story running in my head and it has all these rules and reactions and beliefs---I acknowledge it and sure want a different story to run in my head

EB: All these stories and rules
SE: It sounds like my voice
UE: But it’s not
UN: I believed what others said and just replayed them so much they
sound like my mental voice
CH: The voice really doesn’t belong to me
CB: I want to send the voice back to the owner in consciousness
UA: I want to release it and let it go
TH: I want to let them go like exhaling

EB: When I replay the old story
SE: I give my power away
UE: I block myself from true abundance
UN: I block myself from knowing what I am truly capable of
CH: I tap and breathe out the old
CB: Thanks for keeping me safe
UA: But now it’s time for you to go
TH: I’m returning you to sender and no judgment

EB: I’m giving myself permission to make my own rules around abundance
SE: I’m stepping into my destiny
UE: An abundance of money and joy
UN: Easily and effortlessly
CH: It’s time I discovered who I am
CB: And what money set-point I can break
UA: I don’t have to accept their set-point
TH: I can listen to a new voice that wants me to earn three times what I thought I could make

Sometime we have a critical voice in our head that has all these rules about how we should think, feel and act.  Let’s borrow benefits and tap some charge off.

KC: Even though I have this critical punishing voice in my head---I
acknowledge this and love myself anyway
KC: Even though I have this voice that likes to punish me---I acknowledge this and love myself anyway
KC: Even though it doesn’t feel like a have a choice in how I think, feel and react---I honor this conflict and love myself anyway

EB: There’s that voice telling me I don’t have a choice
SE: Telling me I should have known better
UE: Telling me I’m a looser
UN: That I don’t deserve financial abundance
CH: That I should have been perfect
CB: It’s a critical voice
UA: It’s a judgmental voice
TH: It hurts me and keeps me feeling less-than

EB: It keeps telling me I should have known better
SE: That I won’t amount to much
UE: That the rule is---I’m not worthy and deserving
UN: I heard it over and over as a kid
CH: All these messages that I’m a looser
CB: That I’m not worthy
UA: That I’m a screw up
TH: That I should be punished

EB: That I am not worthy of forgiveness
SE: All these voices
UE: That’s what I heard
UN: That’s what I still hear
CH: What if I just believed them because I was too young to know it was a lie
CB: What if I acknowledged the voices and replaced them with a new script
UA: That maybe the old voices are wrong
TH: That I can try a new way

Sometimes when we are disappointed we have difficulty shifting our
focus---let’s borrow benefits and tap some charge off.

KC: Even though I’d love to not focus on my failures I can’t seem to be able to  and I acknowledge this and love myself anyway
KC: Even though I’d love to move beyond my failures ---I can’t let myself off the hook and forgive myself for being human.  I acknowledge my feelings and love myself anyway
 KC: Even though I can’t give myself a break and learn and not
dwell on my mistakes---I acknowledge my conflict and feelings and love myself anyway

EB: I can’t stop focusing on my mistakes
SE: I can’t stop replaying my failures
UE: I need to be vigilant at all times
UN: I keep replaying and punishing myself
CH: I keep messing up
CB: I keep doing it wrong
UA: How can I just let it go
TH: How can I trust my instincts

EB: I try to follow my instincts and I keep making mistakes
SE: There is always this feeling of dread
UE: I’d like to end this conflict
UN: I’d like to stop this old default thinking
CH: I’d like to trust that I can let the past go
CB: I’d like to trust that I don’t need to focus on the past failures
UA: I know my mistakes
TH: I don’t need to dwell on them

EB: I’m open to trying something different
SE: To believe that the more I let go the easier it will become to shift my focus
UE:  It’s hard
UN: I might keep failing for a time
CH: But, it might get easier to bounce back
CB: What will happen when I can let go of blaming myself for the past
mistakes
UA: What if I can forgive myself more and more
TH: What if

CB:  What if I choose to be happy and to cut myself a break when I slip
up while moving toward letting go

Sometimes we think we can achieve a monetary goal and even have a plan and then we fall short.  Let’s borrow benefits and tap some charge off the shame etc.

KC: Even though I didn’t make my goal I love and accept myself
KC: Even though I feel like a looser I honor and accept my feelings
KC: Even though I’m ashamed and disappointed in myself I acknowledge the disappointment and love and accept myself

EB: All this shame
SE: All this disappointment
UE: All this embarrassment
UN: I look like a fool
CH: I didn’t make my goal
CB: I always do what I say I’m gonna do
UA: I failed this time
TH: I have to fix this

EB: I’m such a failure
SE: I’m afraid
UE: I tried so hard to believe that it would be different this time
UN: I have to meet my goals
CH: I don’t have a reserve
CB: I have to fix this
UA: All this pressure
TH: So much depends on it

EB: I want to make this goal
SE: Maybe I don’t deserve success
UE: I wish I never decided I could make this goal
UN: All this shame
CH: All these feelings
CB: People will judge me
UA: I’m judging me
TH: It’s just one goal

me this month
