Too overwhelmed
Sometimes we fail because we set unattainable standards and then punish ourselves when we fall short.  Let’s borrow benefits and tap some charge off.  Think of what overwhelms you.

KC: Even though I’m not feeling inspired and frankly feeling overwhelmed---I choose to relax and trust the process
KC: Even though I’m too overwhelmed to know where to begin---I choose to relax and breathe
KC: Even though I don’t know where to begin I want to love and accept myself just the way I am

EB: No I don’t
SE:  I’m overwhelmed
UE: There’s not enough time
UN: It’s too hard
CH: I don’t even know where to begin
CB: Divine help---I don’t hear it
UA: Maybe I’m too overwhelmed
TH: Breathing into my heart space 10 times

EB: Now I feel better
SE: I still don’t know what to do
UE: I feel better though
UN: What if I could just relax and do the best I can
CH: Maybe set a time limit and focus just for that amount of time
CB: Letting everything else go---just for an hour
UA: I bet I could do that
TH: That feels okay

EB: What would the end result look like
SE: Okay, one step back from that
UE: Okay, what would be the first step to get me to that second to last step
UN: Hummmm, just pretend for a moment and play and see what shows up
CH: Breathing
CB: Letting it be fun
UA: Ooops, that’s not right ----I’ll try this next
TH: That’s it---letting it flow as I play for this hour

Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh

CB: I have this hour and if I play for 10 minutes with the process the rest will zoom---I like surrendering to this new process

When the limiting thoughts come back tap on the UE and say or think: “I am committed to one happy, easy, fun-filled day----NOW--- and that makes me happy”

Perfectionism
Making the wrong decision
Sometimes we fail because we set unattainable standards and then punish ourselves when we fall short.  Let’s borrow benefits and tap some charge off.  Think of what you think you’ll do wrong.

KC: Even though I always make the wrong decision I’m open to seeing that that was then and this is now
KC: Even though I always made the wrong choice so I figured why bother---I’m open to changing this
KC: Even though I’m terrified to make a decision of this magnitude---I’m open to letting this go

EB: All this fear
SE: I don’t know what to do
UE: What if I make the wrong decision
UN: What if I do it wrong
CH: I hate making mistakes
CB: I hate the “I told you so’s”
UA: I can’t bear hearing that again
TH: All those looks

EB: It’s too painful
SE: Okay, so I don’t act so I won’t get hurt
UE: That was then
UN: I’m stronger now
CH: I can tap on forgiving myself
CB: I have more compassion for myself
UA: My team didn’t let me down
TH: I didn’t take action

EB: It’s okay I have tools
SE: I’m just used to punishing myself
UE: I now choose to focus on loving myself
UN: To acknowledging when I don’t beat myself up
CH: Letting myself let go of the voices and behavior from the past
CB: Listening to my teams suggestions
UA: Trusting the process
TH: Being proud of me when I choose to stop punishing myself

CB: I don’t have to be perfect, I can forgive myself for not acting----I am committed to starting over and trusting the process

Oops, I procrastinated again
Sometimes we fail because we set unattainable standards and then punish ourselves when we fall short.  Let’s borrow benefits and tap some charge off.  Think of what you avoided doing.

KC: Even though I blew it again---I honor and acknowledge my humanness and am open to changing this
KC: Even though I procrastinated and usually punish myself---I see I did it to see if I’d punish myself
KC: Even though I didn’t feel like doing what I need to do---and now I’m beating myself up---I choose to rethink my abusing myself

EB: I’m so mad at myself
SE: I sure know how to beat myself up
UE: I do it better than my mother ever did
UN: I really needed to get this done
CH: I always find a way to punish myself
CB: This time I really blew it
UA: Why bother---I’m such a looser
TH: Maybe I’m just human

EB: Sometimes as we’re changing we slip
SE: All humans slip
UE: I’m doing really well most of the time
UN: Winners forgive themselves
CH: Acknowledge their slips
CB: AND don’t beat themselves up
UA: I want to be a winner
TH: It’s safe this time

EB: It’s safe to know I can be a winner
SE:  I can stop beating myself up
UE: And committed to becoming more aware
UN: Remembering to ask for help from my higher power or team
CH: It’s safe to win
CB: Feeling the resistance and tapping out the feelings
UA: That’s empowering
TH: I don’t have to beat myself up this time

CB: Every time I don’t punish myself when I slip is a victory----I choose that behavior and reaction

When the limiting thoughts come back tap on the UE and say or think: “I am committed to loving myself into knowing I am safe and a winner each time I choose love”

In the moment
Sometimes we fail because we set unattainable standards and then punish ourselves when we fall short.  Let’s borrow benefits and tap some charge off.  Think of what you are afraid of right NOW.

KC: Even though I have to do this right now----YIKES---I don’t want to---I acknowledge this and choose to take a breath
KC: Even though I have to be perfect right now in this moment---everything depends on it---I acknowledge my fear and choose to relax
KC: Even though I’m desperate to get his job----I have to----I acknowledge my anxiety and choose to trust in divine right timing 
 
EB: Are you kidding me
SE:  I’ll be homeless if I don’t get this job
UE: Divine timing doesn’t pay the bills
UN: Don’t give me that crap about learning the lesson and what is still holding me back
CH: I’m sick of this
CB: I need to be perfect right NOW
UA: Maybe I’ll just get sick and avoid it all
TH: I can’t deal with another failure

EB: What if I blow it
SE: What if I’m lying to myself
UE: What if I really am not good enough
UN: What if it’s not right for me
CH: Maybe I’m supposed to work elsewhere
CB: Maybe I can find pleasure in the process
UA: What if I can find 3 things I did well in this interview
TH: Then I can see what wasn’t right---like my anxiety

EB:  Then I could work on relaxing and choosing to detach from the outcome
SE:  Take that and the 3 things I did well
UE:  And the next time---hit it out of the ball park
UN: What if I let myself enjoy the process
CH: Just trust that the money will come
CB: I know I need the money
UA: What if my job is to enjoy and have fun right now
TH: To create fun in the NOW

Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh

CB: The more I experience fun in the now the more money will come to me---money likes freedom and fun is freedom---I’m just saying---sounds like fun

Perfect Belief
Sometimes we fail because we set unattainable standards and then punish ourselves when we fall short.  Let’s borrow benefits and tap some charge off.  Think of what you are procrastinating doing and what your mind is still saying.

KC: Even though I still have this belief that I have to be perfect---I honor and acknowledge it and accept it as it changes
KC: Even though I still have this judgment about my not being perfect---I don’t have to punish myself like I did in the past
KC: Even though I want to do my best I know that perfection means evolving and that includes mistakes----I acknowledge the feelings I have around this and don’t have to punish myself anymore

EB: Oh, this belief I have to be perfect
SE: I was never good enough as a kid
UE: It didn’t matter
UN: I was never going to be good enough
CH: What if it wasn’t true
CB: I can never be perfect enough for them
UA: So maybe I’m perfect for me
TH: The me I want to be

EB: Not the ME they want me to be or not be
SE: It doesn’t matter why they sold me those beliefs
UE: I forgive myself for buying them
UN: In fact I’m gonna send those thoughts packing every time they surface
CH: Each and every time I notice them
CB: I’m good enough
UA: I’m committed to being good enough
TH: I choose freedom from all THEIR beliefs
 
EB: I’m committed to discovering what my beliefs are
SE: I don’t need their approval
UE: I’m ready to be ME
UN: Perfect in evolving in the state of my perfection
CH: I have tools
CB:  I have a team and tools
UA: I am worthy
TH: I am owning my new belief that I am Perfect just the way I am

Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh

CB: I am committed to one happy, healthy and whole being---NOW—and that makes me perfectly perfect

When the limiting thoughts come back tap on the UE and say or think: “I don’t have to listen to the lies they sold me---I can upgrade my program and now I am perfect just the way I am---evolving into ME---happy, whole and complete”

Critical voice
Sometimes we fail because we set unattainable standards and then punish ourselves when we fall short.  Let’s borrow benefits and tap some charge off.  Think of what you are procrastinating doing and the critical voices that arise.

KC: Even though I have this tough critical voice in my head judging me ----I acknowledge this and choose to be open to changing
KC: Even though I don’t lways know where this voice came from---I honor and acknowledge that it has always tried to keep me safe and thank it---and want to ask it to be my ally instead
KC: Even though I have this critical voice in my head---I thank it and choose to ask my unseen team for some help in quieting the fears of my mind

EB: Oh, that voice in my head that judges me
SE: Always telling me I’ll do it wrong
UE: That I’m not good enough
UN: Yep, that’s my mother’s voice
CH: I hate her
CB: Yet, I’m always trying to suffer enough to get her to see what she’s doing
UA: Even after her death
TH: I can never suffer enough to get her to love me

EB: She only is happy when I’m in pain
SE: Talk about crazy
UE: Yep, I keep that crazy voice and conundrum in my head
UN: I’m so good at keeping that voice critical
CH: Hey, critical voice thanks for helping me
CB: What I need now is an ally
UA: We are all grown up and the old tape is out of style
TH: Let’s do a makeover---you might like it

EB: What if we asked our unseen team or higher power to help us out
SE: They might have a few suggestions
UE: Why don’t you relax in this chair in my heart
UN: You can gather information and then we’ll let this new spiritual committee for their input
CH: This is perfect
CB: We all have a new job
UA: You collect information
TH: And the team and I see if it feels light and right

Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh

CB: Breathing into the heart---asking for the next right step---maybe walking
around the room---moving the energy---yep, now I have an idea---we can do
this----I like our new team

committed to realigning and reassigning and moving the energy----NOW and that
makes me happy and willing to take the next step”

KC: Even though I want to get started---I’m afraid I won’t get it right ---I acknowledge this and want to change it
KC: Even though I’m afraid I won’t get it right and then have to do it all over---I honor and acknowledge all my
feelings and want to start changing this
KC: Even though I don’t think it’s possible to change my internal dialogue I’m willing to see if tapping will help shift it

EB: I just don’t think I’m good enough
SE: I have to be perfect
UE: Otherwise the judgment and criticism of others will kill me
UN: I can’t take it
CH: All this hard work and then to get it wrong
CB: I have to be perfect
UA: Wait the only perfect is the state of perfection
TH: That state is one of evolving

EB: So when I’m imperfect I’m perfect in the state of perfection
SE: Well, that takes some pressure off
UE: That’s nonsense ----I hate to be perfect at this
UN: That’s the way the world operates and judges
CH: Wait, if evolving is the goal than mistakes are okay
CB: Look at how many versions there are of Iphones
UA: I can begin and change
TH: I can tap for clarity

EB: Each mistake will lead to a better version
SE: I can take a heart centered breathe to regroup
UE: I can start letting go of having to be perfect from the start
UN: It’s a process
CH: I’m learning to trust the process
CB: I have tools
UA: I just need to notice the critical voices that arises
TH: And return them to senders

CB: I am perfect just through starting---one step at a time

Mercy--- how we can punish ourselves and deny ourselves money because of the limiting belief that we are not PERFECT--- and therefore not deserving.  Let’s borrow benefits and tap.

KC: Even though I have this crazy notion that I have to be PERFECT before I can have a lot of money I acknowledge this thinking and choose to look at it differently
KC: Even though I have this idea that I have to be perfect I acknowledge that I never will be and thus I’ll never be successful
KC: Even though I’m policing and punishing myself by stopping the flow of money because I judge myself IMPERFECT I honor this and am open to changing

EB: I have to be perfect
SE: I don’t deserve the money unless I’m perfect
UE: I don’t even remember where I got that idea
UN: I’ll never be perfect
CH: I’m doomed
CB: I’ll never have my hearts desires
UA: I don’t deserve them because I’m not perfect
TH: It’s hopeless

EB: I’ll never be perfect because I’m so impatient
SE: If only I were patient
UE: But people aren’t supposed to be perfect
UN: Who says
CH: The universe---look around everything is changing and growing and is never perfect under a microscope
CB: The point is to LEARN patience
UA: Not to be PERFECT but to do the best we can and evolve
TH: To learn Patience while we are being IMPERFECT

EB: It’s like a game
SE: It’s called being HUMAN
UE: The point is to have fun, make mistakes, laugh, learn and move on
UN: Punishment and denial is not required
CH: The point is to have a human experience---a creative IMPERFECT life
CB: To learn to enjoy evolving and acquiring PATIENCE
UA: Oh, I do imperfect really well
TH: I am PATIENT in some things 
 
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh

CB:  I bet if I relaxed and was gentle with myself I might enjoy being human and money would enjoy being around me
 
When fear starts creeping in tap on the UE and say: “I allow myself to be imperfect and to remember being human is not about being perfect but to experience creating in life and sometimes I do it imperfectly and impatiently---and I don’t have to push money away because I’m not perfect.”
