KC: Even though I’m loving and releasing my fear and anger and stress---I still am in pain
KC: Even though it feels like a bottomless pit of emotions to clear---I honor and acknowledge my efforts
KC: Even though I still have all this pain---I’m grateful for my body helping me deal with all this stress over the years---what a gift and blessing---thank you

EB: Thank you body
SE: Thank you pain 
UE: For letting me know that there is something I need to release
UN: Thank you for partnering with me
CH: Thank you for helping me
CB: Now it’s my time to help you
UA: To love and release all the feelings that are coming up
TH: Yikes, the anger and fear are immense---no wonder you hurt so much

EB: I’m ready to face the pain
SE: And longingly release it into the light
UE: To start to deal with stress in the moment

KC: Even though I have all this pain caused from stress---I wonder what my body is fearful of
KC: Even though I have all this pain---I don’t know what my body needs to help it
KC: Even though I don’t know what to do I’m open to a solution presenting itself


EB: All this pain
SE: Feeling hopeless 
UE: Not knowing what my body needs
UN: How to help it
CH: I do know if my body were a little child
CB: I’d hug it and tell it I loved it
UA: That I’d do my best to help it
TH: Perhaps that’s where I can start


EB: Oh sweet body
SE: I’m so sorry that you were so afraid
UE: That you internalized all your helplessness
UN: And stored it in your kidneys
CH: I’m so sorry
CB: Please forgive me for not having the awareness
UA: At such a young age on how to take care of you

KC: Even though I still have all these people, places, and things that irritate me---I approve of myself and know I will find a way to let it go and even shift my point of view around it all

EB: All this stress
SE: I’m carrying it in my kidneys 
UE: It’s affecting all of me
UN: I allow my body to relax
CH: To know I am doing my best to face the feelings
CB: And energetically transmuting the energy
UA: My body and I are safe
TH: THEY really can’t hurt us

EB: My soul will never die
SE: I allow myself to relax
UE: To choose to be calm and relaxed
UN: To know I’m safe
CH: I’m so proud of myself for finally

KC: Even though I still have this pain—it feels good to send love to my kidney
KC: Even though I still have this pain---I can for a second imagine how wonderful it would be for my left kidney to be pain free like my right one
KC: Even though I have more work to do to release this trapped stress---I am committed to having a healthy body

EB: All this stress
SE: Trapped in my kidney 
UE: All these emotions---trapped
UN: I keep holding on
CH: I’m scared
CB: What if I can’t figure out what the core issue is
UA: All this stress
TH: I just want it gone

EB: When I’m stressed I hold the fear and anger in my kidney
SE: I’m safe
UE: I don’t have to please everyone
UN: It will take a while for people to get over their disappointment
CH: That I’m not a door matt and that I’m not their parent
CB: That I can’t cure them---they, like myself, have to do it themselves
UA: I allow myself to start setting boundaries
TH: I approve of myself for not taking on other people’s issues

EB: Allowing my body to start to relax
SE: I may slip
UE: And I will sure up my boundaries
UN: I can do a little and not everything
CH: Allowing myself to have options
CB: Allowing myself to relax and let go
UA: Allowing myself to celebrate my small victories

KC: Even though I am carrying all this stress and it’s making me sick---I honor and acknowledge the process
KC: Even though I have all this kidney pain---I honor and acknowledge the marvelous job my body has done all these years
KC: Even though I’d love for it to be gone NOW----I, also, trust the process


EB: All this pain
SE: I’m so frustrated 
UE: Thank you body for holding onto the pain
UN: Until I was ready to release it
CH: All this pain
CB: All this fear
UA: I don’t even know when it started
TH: Maybe it will get worse if I talk about it


EB: Yet, if I don’t acknowledge it I’ll go mad
SE: I’m miserable
UE: I feel hopeless
UN: I fee stuck
CH: I feel like I have to do this perfectly
CB: NO matter what I’m not going to judge myself
UA: And I don’t have to do it perfectly
TH: All I have to do is acknowledge the pain


EB: Ask it if it has a message for me
SE: If I don’t hear it
UE: I’m gonna send it love anyway
UN: That’s how I start this process
CH: Sending love to myself

KC: Even though I want to believe that I can let go and transmute the past I am in pain and it distracts me
KC: Even though I go into doubt when I’m distracted by my pain---I honor and acknowledge the process
KC: Even though I am so frustrated by all the energetic work I’m doing and I’m still in pain---I’ll be in pain if I do nothings so I might as well trust the process

EB: I’m so frustrated
SE: I just want the pain to stop 
UE: Why is this happening
UN: Is there more my body is trying to tell me
CH: I’m so frustrated
CB: I’m in pain
UA: I can’t remember a time when I didn’t have some sort of physical pain
TH: I was traumatized as a child

EB: I’m safe now
SE: Am I?
UE: There are people around me who scare me—they are so cunning
UN: I don’t have to remember the core issue
CH: Just that my body has been carrying this stress around forever
CB: Body---I want to help you
UA: To transmute the pain
TH: To help you heal

EB: How can we do this
SE: Perhaps just paying attention to what you are experiencing
UE: I’m so sorry body that we came here to play with stress
UN: It’s time we learned to let it go ASAP
CH: I’m here and I’m not going anywhere body
CB: I’m here
UA: I love you body---pain and all
TH: You are love, light and infinite possibility

KC: Even though I have this pain in my left kidney---I honor and acknowledge that it’s trapped fear and anger over all the stress I’ve put myself through all these years
KC: Even though I’ve been angry with THEM I realize that I allowed myself to get stressed over what THEY think and say and do---I’m ready to start letting this go
KC: Even though I’m embarrassed to admit that I’m doing it to myself---I do so because I want to shift all this and let go


EB: I’m so embarrassed
SE: I’m holding onto all this anger 
UE: I never said anything
UN: I allowed them to buy me
CH: To judge me
CB: To criticize me
UA: I did this
TH: And now look---I have all this pain


EB: All this excruciating pain
SE: That I’m holding onto and now it’s affecting my health
UE: All this pain
UN: What if I can’t let it go
CH: I’ll do damage
CB: Oh body, I’m so sorry
UA: I promise to do my best to start letting it go
TH: To acknowledge my stress and do something about it


EB: All this pain
SE: All this worry
UE: All this fear
UN: I’m so embarrassed
CH: I promise to listen to you
CB: Kidney pain is holding fear and anger
UA: I honor and acknowledge I’m afraid to trust
TH: I honor and acknowledge that I don’t know from my mind what to do

KC: Even though there is still some body pain---I honor and acknowledge the process
KC: Even though I have noticed that there have been some pain-free moments---I choose to let those moments accumulate and focus on them
KC: Even though it’s a process I can see that what I focus on increases---hears to focusing on a healthy body


EB: All this remaining stress
SE: All this remaining pain 
UE: I’m choosing to let it go
UN: I choose to feel calm and relaxed
CH: I choose to let go of the pain
CB: To not struggle to understand the WHY
UA: But to focus on the doing
TH: The doing of letting it go


EB: Thank you body for releasing more of the stress
SE: Thank you
UE: I choose to eliminate more of the stored stress
UN: To trust the process
CH: To choose to be calm and relaxed
CB: Knowing my body can restore itself to health
UA: Knowing my body is choosing to let go of the pain
TH: Knowing it’s safe to let it go

UE: I choose to keep making the choice
UN: To let it go
CH: To be grateful for the moments of health

KC: Even though I have all this stress and my body is trying to help me I’m ready to start letting the stress go
KC: Even though my body has been holding all this stress until I was ready to release it---it’s time---I’m tired of my body hurting
KC: Even though I never realized that my body was really my partner I’m ready to start helping my body by understanding and letting go of my stress


EB: All this body pain
SE: All this stress stored in my body 
UE: All this stress
UN: All this tension
CH: I don’t even know what I’m suppressing
CB: I don’t need to know
UA: I just have to feel, tap and release
TH: It won’t stop hurting


EB: What would it be like to be pain free
SE: Just for 2 seconds
UE: Ahhhhh
UN: All this pain is overwhelming
CH: It creates more stress
CB: Focus on what it would be like to be pain free
UA: Even if it’s just for a second
TH: Thank you body for holding onto this pain


EB: If you hadn’t I’d have lost my mind
SE: Now it’s time to feel, tap and release
UE: All this pain
UN: I want to let it go
CH: I want my body to be pain free
CB: A second at a time
UA: Focusing on those seconds of freedom

Holiday pre-stress and overwhelm

The day before a holiday can stress/overwhelm us out in many ways.  Tapping helps calm us down and shift our perspective.
  
KC: Even though I have all these things to do for tomorrow---I know I won’t please everyone and I just have to acknowledge that.
KC: Even though I have
ALL
these other people to take care of tomorrow and once again I’ll come last on the list.  I accept all my feelings anyway.
KC: Even though there are people who are gone and I’ll miss them this holiday.  I honor their memory in my heart.

EB:
TOO
much to do
SE: I’ll never get it all done
UE: I swear if one person complains I’ll scream

UN: I want it to be perfect
CH: The sadness too—the loss of loved ones
CB: I hate holidays
UA: No I don’t
TH: Yes, I do
  
EB: I love the favorite dish I make
SE: I love to see their faces as they feast on all the goodies
UE: When others get stressed they get fussy so maybe it has nothing to do with me

UN: Maybe I can just send then a mental hug like I would to a cranky two year old
CH: Maybe I don’t have to be perfect
CB: Maybe this will be the best holiday ever
UA: I love all the food
TH: I love the hugs I’ll get
  
EB: I won’t be alone
SE: A lot of people are
UE: I’ll be with people and all their humanness--- flaws and all

UN: I bet I can spin the catastrophes into a funny story
CH: I can still back and observe
CB: I can look for the joyful moments and memories
UA: I can hold it in my heart
TH: I can’t wait for tomorrow
