KC: Even though I’m addicted to sugar in every cell of my body---I’m ready to let this addiction go
KC: Even though I’m in the habit of reaching for sweets---in fact my body craves it---I honor and acknowledge how much I think I’ll die if I don’t have the sugar or sweets
KC: Even though I’m in the habit of craving sugar I give my body permission to let it go
EB: No I don’t
SE: I need my sugar fix
UE: I’m like a drug addict
UN: No I’m not
CH: I don’t have to have it
CB: Yes I do---a few times every day
UA: It affects my blood sugar
TH: It affects my thinking
EB: I admit every cell of my body is addicted to sugar
SE: I crave it
UE: It relaxes me for a bit
UN: Then the guilt sets in
CH: Then I gain weight
CB: Then I beat myself up
UA: I am just like a drug addict---now I really feel horrible
TH: I give my body permission to release this habit
EB: I start by tapping on releasing the chemical addiction in my body
SE: Tapping on the feelings that it feels like I’ll die if I don’t have my fix
UE: That my body can release this chemical dependency
UN: I give my body permission to start letting this habit go
CH: To tap on the habit of reaching for sweets when I feel overwhelmed
CB: To tap when I’m restless
UA: I give my body permission to form new habits
TH: To breathe, to acknowledge my discomfort
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: And to know I can and choose to let more and more of this addiction go
When the limiting thoughts come back tap on the UE and say or think: I choose to let go of this habit and allow all my neural pathways to release this habit to sugar
