Why can’t I maintain a positive vibration

Do you feel like a fraud when you slip and seem to go to the negative and negative behavior?  Let’s tap some of the charge out.

KC: Even though I work on myself constantly I don’t understand why I get angry and then react badly.  I acknowledge this behavior and love and accept myself anyway.
KC: Even though I have made a lot of progress I feel like such a failure when I have a negative human experience.  I acknowledge this and love and accept myself anyway.
KC: Even though I don’t feel very enlightened when I react like a crazy person.  I honor my human nature and love and accept myself anyway.

EB: I hate when I react in anger
SE: I hate when I react poorly
UE: I hate when I find myself judging someone
UN: Or criticizing
CH: I hate when I don’t act “spiritual”
CB: Life happens and we are here to experience degrees of enlightenment
UA: That sounds like an excuse
TH: Maybe it’s just another layer or aspect of why you react to something

EB: But I know better
SE: Maybe the lesson is to laugh at the slip and forgive yourself and get back on the ride
UE: What
UN: If life is a game or a ride at Disneyland ---some of the rides are pretty scary
CH: You slip and scream and then laugh and get back on the ride and try not to be as scared as before
CB: The only positive vibration is one of loving---loving being human
UA: That’s where the laughing at yourself is acknowledging the adventure of life and its slip ups
TH: Yes, it’s all about the awakening

EB: The more you learn to forgive yourself, make amends, and laugh and get back on the ride the longer the “positive vibration” will last
SE:  There really is not positive or negative except in your mind
UE: So have a good laugh at your human life adventure and dust yourself off and get on another ride
UN: Oh, if I don’t like the ride I can change friends, work, stuff like that
CH: It’s your choice
CB: But traffic jams make me so mad
UA: Take another route or while in it SING---it just is ---what it is
TH:  Oh, in the moment I can choose to shift it into something light 
 
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh

CB:  All it takes is practice and laughing at my humanness

When fear starts creeping in tap on the UE and say: “I can keep practicing laughing at myself when I “slip”---- I just didn’t think of it like that.”

Turning your struggle story into inspiration instead of a victim repelling story

What do you do between your ears with your life story?  Do you push away from the past or see yourself as the hero of your dreams?  Focus on your story and let’s borrow benefits and tap some charge away.
 
KC: Even though I had an amazingly rough childhood I acknowledge and honor my story and choose to see myself as a survivor because I love and accept myself
KC: Even though I lived through hell I acknowledge and honor my life and choose to look at it differently
KC: Even though my past as a nightmare and my recent decisions mistakes I acknowledge the roughness ---and choose to view it through the eyes of loving and accepting myself

EB: What is there to be grateful for
SE: I don’t want to think about my past
UE: I don’t love any part of my childhood
UN: Once I start telling people my “story” I can see the look of pity in their eyes
CH: I don’t want to think of the past it puts me in a funk
CB: I can’t stand the intensity of the negative emotions
UA: I tried humor and that is just as depressing because people still pity me
TH: I hate my past

EB: No you don’t
SE: Yes I do
UE: You are my hero; you survived and are amazingly creative
UN: No I’m not
CH: You just haven’t translated that skill into adult-creativity
CB: What do you mean
UA: Do an age-appropriate update on what you learned
TH: Oh, taking what I like and leave the rest without judgment instead of denial

EB: Sure- they didn’t know any better so why judge them
SE: You now know the energy signature of sick people
UE: Oh, when I recognize it I can walk away
UN: Yes
CH: What do I tell people about my past
CB: First look for the positive strengths you came away with
UA: Like I chose to survive and still love
TH: Now you got it---go reflect and smile at all flip side of what you thought was miserable 
 
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh

CB:  I can rethink and reexamine my story---I can see what I find inspiring about it

When fear starts creeping in tap on the UE and say: “I choose to be inspired by my life instead of walking away from it---I don’t have to be afraid of the memories.”

Trusting the thought that the universe wants to support you

Were you told as a kid that you can’t depend on anyone but yourself?  Has that bought you true happiness and abundance in all areas?  Let’s borrow benefits and tap.  

KC: Even though I was always told that I couldn’t trust anyone but myself.  I acknowledge that message and am open to a new idea
KC: Even though my life has been really touch and I had to do it alone cause people let you down---I’m open to changing that idea
KC: Even though I don’t see how the universe wants to support me I do see that the sun supports my body producing vitamin D and the universe does supply me with other things---maybe I can choose to believe it wants to support me ---maybe I just didn’t think it could and that was the block to the support

EB: You have to go it alone—that’s the message I got
SE: What a ridiculous notion
UE: The universe only supports life not careers and homes
UN: Oh really
CH: Don’t start
CB: What IF the universe wanted to support you
UA: But, what about natural disasters and huge comets
TH: You slough of dead skin and grow and your cells change

EB: Nature has to go though changes and doesn’t it come back stronger and more beautiful
SE: What IF the universe wanted to support you
UE: The universe is pretty vast and expansive
UN: It does create some magnificent things
CH: A career is a thing
CB: A home is a thing
UA: They start as dreams and goals
TH: The universe is great at creating out of No-Thingness

EB: What IF the universe wanted to support you
SE: I did come out of No-Thingness
UE: I guess it supported me in the beginning
UN: Then I willfully decided I had to do it myself
CH: I wonder if I asked for its guidance if the universe would help me
CB:  Expanding my notion of support
UA: It feels right in my heart
TH: The universe was always there I just blocked the support

Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh

CB:  I think I’ll allow the notion that the universe does want to support me

When fear starts creeping in tap on the UE and say: “I choose to allow the notion that the universe does want to support me---all I have to do is look within and be still and know.”

Change- “I’m not smart enough” messages

Everything is going to be okay --- You are smarter than you think.  (you can put in any negative belief/message)  Let’s borrow benefits and tap.

KC: Even though I was always told “You’re not smart enough” I choose to be open to changing this misperception
KC: Even though I believed what THEY told me I choose to be open to letting go of this erroneous misperception
KC: Even though a part of me still believes this message I choose to be open to letting it go because I’m worth a new belief

EB: THEY told me I wasn’t smart enough
SE: THEY told me I was stupid
UE: THEY told me I would never succeed
UN: THEY told me all kinds of limiting beliefs
CH: I never questioned THEM
CB: THEY seemed to know what THEY were talking about
UA: The truth was I just learned differently
TH: That had NOTHING to do with my intelligence and abilities

EB: So what if I’m a late bloomer
SE: I know deep down I’m smart
UE: What they told me was a misperception
UN: They just didn’t know any better
CH: Some of them just didn’t want me to succeed because they were too afraid to succeed themselves
CB: It was easier to put me down
UA: I’m so sorry I believed them
TH: A small part of me doesn’t believe them

EB: I want that part to grow and take over
SE: I give myself permission to let go of the old misperceptions and lies
UE: The erroneous self-defeating beliefs that keep me small
UN: That keep me from succeeding
CH: I am worthy and deserving no matter what THEY say
CB: I AM smart enough
UA: I AM worthy and deserving
TH: I’m sorry you didn’t believe in me---but I believe in me and I want that part to grow

Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh

CB: Everyday and in everyway I give myself permission to know that I AM smart enough and that I am worthy and deserving no matter what.
