KC: Even though I like a routine I’m open to allowing a little more flexibility in my life.
KC: Even though I’m resistant to change I realize that routines stifle creative flow. I acknowledge my resistance and choose to play with the idea of flexibility and flow.
KC: Even though I resist change I want the part of me that wants to be in creative flow to grow more.

CB: Everyday and in everyway I give myself permission to let it be fun---to embrace the creative process.
