KC: Even though at times I’m so afraid I find myself holding my breathe---I choose to change this behavior.
KC: Even though I have all this fear and barely breathe or find that I’m just taking shallow breathes I choose to change this.
EB: I can’t remember to breathe
SE: It doesn’t feel safe to breathe
UE: I freeze and forget to take care of myself by breathing
UN: That’s what people do when they are afraid
CH: I give my body permission to remember to take a deep breathe and connect to spirit
CB: Not breathing hurts me
UA: It deprives my body of oxygen
TH: It keeps me from connecting with spirit
EB: But you don’t understand
SE: I’m afraid
UE: That is when I need to remember to breathe
UN: I may not remember every time
CH: But I can practice when I’m not afraid
CB: To take deep full breathes
UA: Several times in a row
TH: Several times a day
EB: Allowing myself to take care of myself in a deeper way
SE: An easy way
UE: A gentle way
UN: Helping my body in advance
CH: So that when I am stressed, scared, whatever
CB: My body will instinctively remember to breathe
UA: Breathing throughout my body
TH: Breathing to help my body
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: Everyday and in everyway I give myself permission to breathe even when I’m stressed---especially when I’m scared and afraid.
When fear starts creeping in tap on the UE and say: “I give myself permission to breathe and connect with my higher self and to love my body and give it the oxygen it requires to take care of me.”
