CH: If I say NO they won’t accept me
CB: I just want to be accepted

TH: Maybe I can
EB: No, I can’t
SE: I hate when people get upset with me
UE: I just don’t have the confidence to say “NO”
UN: Breathing only helps a little bit
CH: It does relax me
CB: I can start with small things
UA: I can say “I’ll have to get back to you”
TH: Then I can say “Sorry, I checked my schedule and I can’t”
EB: I can relax in the moment and pause and say “I’ll get back to you”
SE: I don’t have to be afraid
UE: It’s okay to take care of myself
UN: I can choose to relax and breathe
CH: To remain calm and confident and say “No” in the moment
CB: Then I can say “No” when I get back to them
UA: It might work most of the time
TH: Little by little I can grow in confidence in each area of my life
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: Choosing to focus on calm and relaxed---and knowing I can practice different ways to say “No” in every area of my life
When the limiting thoughts come back tap on the UE and say or think: “I acknowledge my fears and insecurities and choose to feel calm and confident knowing I can and will learn to say “NO”
