CB: Choosing to focus on calm and relaxed---and knowing I can practice different ways to say “No” in every area of my life
When the limiting thoughts come back tap on the UE and say or think: “I acknowledge my fears and insecurities and choose to feel calm and confident knowing I can and will learn to say “NO”
