CH: I HAVE to do it all

TH: I have to regain some balance
EB: Something’s I’ll have to let go
SE: What if they don’t understand
UE: They’ll bad-mouth me
UN: I won’t be the hero
CH: They’ll think I can’t focus
CB: They’ll think I’m just afraid
UA: The truth is I’m great at what I do
TH: I just can’t say “NO”
EB: I have to be honest
SE: I have to admit when I’m over extended
UE: I have to be fair to everyone
UN: I have to balance my life and work
CH: I have to focus on what is important
CB: I have to get the help I need
UA: I have to stand in integrity
TH: And let the rest go
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: I choose to not let “imagined criticism” stop me from seeking balance
