KC: Even though I feel I have to make up for lost time. I choose to take it one step at a time because I’m worth it
KC: Even though others seem to know exactly what to do and at a quick pace. I choose to take it slow and steady until I feel comfortable because I’m worth it
KC: Even though I keep beating myself up for how LONG it’s taking me. I honor and acknowledge this and choose to do things differently this time because I’m worth it
EB: I better hurry up
SE: What will people think of me
UE: They’ll think I don’t know what I’m doing
UN: If I don’t have all the support I need I have to take it slow
CH: If they don’t want to help me then I’m better off taking it one step at a time
CB: I don’t want to fail again
UA: I want to get the foundation right
TH: But I need to hurry up
EB: It’s okay to have faith in the process
SE: No it’s not
UE: Yes it is
UN: I don’t have the time
CH: I also don’t want to fail
CB: I can’t stand this learning curve
UA: Maybe I’m supposed to enjoy each step and discovery
TH: Maybe if I focus on the delight of discovery
EB: What a bunch of nonsense
SE: But I can’t rush the results
UE: I can’t compare myself to others
UN: I can only compare myself to me
CH: I want to succeed this time
CB: I want to get it right
UA: It is what it is
TH: Acceptance of where I am at each step
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: Appreciating each step of the journey
When the doubt starts creeping in tap on the UE and say: “I acknowledge and accept each step of the journey---no matter what others may think or say---this is my journey.”
