Sometimes we can energetically remind ourselves how we can to feel. Let’s borrow benefits and tap some choice in Pt 3

KC: Even though I don’t know how to start this project---I choose to remember how easy it was to help someone else brainstorm
KC: Even though I don’t know what to say to myself---I choose to play pretend
KC: Even though I remember as a kid my imagination knew no bounds---I choose to tap into that flow again

EB: It was so much fun brainstorming with my friend
SE: The ideas came like magic
UE: And they were good
UN: She used some of them
CH: We were both excited
CB: It was like playing
UA: We laughed at some of the ideas
TH: Not judging them

EB: Just laughing at them as we dismissed them
SE: She walked away with tons of ideas
UE: Her business is thriving now
UN: Oh, it all came out of playing with ideas
CH: I choose to do that with myself
CB: Play pretend
UA: Not judge just toss out ideas
TH: To see how far out of the box I can get

EB: To see what ideas really resonate
SE: Fill me with joy
UE: That’s what I want
UN: To remember how easy the ideas can flow
CH: I want more of that
CB: Flow
UA: I can make a list
TH: And laugh at some of the ideas

Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh

CB: I choose to turn this all into a game

When the limiting thoughts come back tap on the UE and say or think: “I choose to let it be easy”
