CB: I know it’s muscle memory
UA: It takes such commitment and time to return my focus
TH: And then it’s just for a second
EB: I feel like such a failure
SE: I know my ego wants me to stay small
UE: I know I’m sabotaging myself with all this doubt
UN: One step at a time
CH: When I see the color red I can breathe into my heart
CB: There are certainly enough traffic lights to help me with this
UA: I just need to do the best I can
TH: To not give up on me
EB: To take a few minutes to start
SE: To hold my focus for as long as I can
UE: Even if it’s just 20 seconds at a time
UN: I’m willing to do that
CH: 20 seconds a few times a day
CB: At each stop light and stop sign
UA: I desire to grow in a healthy direction
TH: I choose not to give up on myself
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: I am ready, willing and able to do this as many times a day as I can
When the limiting thoughts come back tap on the UE and say or think: “I am committed to holding my intention”
