KC: Even though I have all this pain in my body---I allow myself to watch a tear-jerker if I have to cry and release some of this sadness
KC: Even though my body feels listless from all this grief --- I honor and acknowledge how I feel and will make time and space for my body to heal
EB: All this sadness
SE: I’m too overwhelmed to move
UE: I’ll set a timer and cry for 15 minutes
UN: I’ll watch a sad movie
CH: Then I’ll go for a walk
CB: I will allow myself to feel the pain
UA: It won’t kill me
TH: All this loneliness and loss
EB: I honor it by feeling it
SE: Crying
UE: Running and crying
UN: Letting myself feel it completely
CH: Setting up a time and a place to really feel it safely
CB: Completely feeling it safely
UA: Setting a timer so I can feel in control
TH: As I feel and let go of my feelings
EB: I give myself permission
SE: To laugh, cry and scream if I have to
UE: I honor and acknowledge and express my sadness
UN: I honor and acknowledge all the pain my body is carrying
CH: By feeling the emotions and tapping as I feel
CB: The energy and trauma is released from my body
UA: That’s how I honor them and me
TH: It’s a loving process I can trust

When the limiting thoughts come back tap on the UE and say or think: “I am committed to trusting the process and coming out the other side whole and complete having extracted and integrated my lesson in all of this”
