KC: Even though I feel guilty taking time for myself---I see that if I don’t I resent others for the time I give them and that makes me feel even more guilty
EB: I can’t put myself first
SE: I was raised that that’s not okay
UE: I’m in the habit of putting myself last
UN: I’m in the habit of always feeling guilty over the choices I make
CH: I’m holding this guilt in every cell of my body
CB: I finally acknowledge this
UA: I give my body permission to start releasing this habit of guilt
TH: I choose to start letting it go
EB: When I notice it
SE: I promise to use some of my energetic tools to deal with the energy
UE: I give my body permission to release this habit of guilt
UN: I deserve to take time for myself
CH: It’s the quality of time I spend with myself
CB: That’s the key
UA: To BE fully present
TH: To BE fully engaged
EB: To really focus on the ME time I’m taking
SE: To get the most out of it
UE: To see, feel, experience and BE present for myself
UN: I give myself permission to take ME time
CH: AND, to not feel guilty
CB: To return that stupid habit
UA: I don’t care who it belongs to
TH: GET THE HECK OUT OF MY BODY
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh

When the limiting thoughts come back tap on the UE and say or think: I am giving myself permission to be selfish
