KC: Even though I keep thinking a GOAL is a mental process I’m open to a new way of being

SE: I have to make plans
UE: I have to be on the look out for guidance but I still have to take the action
UN: But does the ACTION feel right
CH: Does your heart feel light when you take action
CB: Oh, I look for the signs and check in with my heart
UA: If it FEELS light it’s right
TH: YES
EB: Oh, I trust the mind
SE: Feel if the answer is light
UE: Take action and keep checking
UN: Right
CH: What if it feels right and turns out to be wrong
CB: What did you learn from the wrong path
UA: Oh, it might be part of the adventure of discovery
TH: Exactly, like hide-and-seek---let it be fun
EB: Discovery can be fun
SE: Oh, so it’s an aspect in the failure that can help me perfect IT
UE: Yes, it’s not a failure it’s seeing an aspect that wasn’t quite right and now you gat to tweak it
UN: That’s pretty powerful--- to see if it’s right from all angles
CH: And always FEELING the end result from the goal I have
CB: Letting it pull me towards the end feeling
UA: The mind wants the heart to be happy let them work together
TH: Oh, it’s a co-creation
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: I like that---what a delightful and less lonely way of achieving a goal
When fear starts creeping in tap on the UE and say: “I allow myself to achieve my goals in a new less stressful and lonely way.”
