CH: I think I’ll ask my higher source that is greater than me to help
CB: To shine a peaceful light on me
UA: A light soothing enough to banish my fears
TH: To quiet my mind
EB: Asking my higher source to help me
SE: To shine this soothing light all around me and in my mind
UE: Soothing all my fears
UN: Imagining the light soothing my nerves and quieting my fears
CH: Allowing the light to melt all my fears
CB: Imagining the fears melting and running out of my mind
UA: Imagining the light warming my heart and mind
TH: Like a gentle sleep on the beach
