CB: Nothing seems to help
UA: This isn’t even helping
TH: I just don’t trust this process
EB: Maybe that’s causing stress

UE: Maybe I can change my thinking
UN: Tapping is relaxing
CH: I have all this fear that I won’t sleep
CB: Maybe I could focus on rest
UA: I can lay there and rest
TH: Rest is good
EB: Choosing to rest and remain calm
SE: I don’t have to worry about sleep
UE: I just have to focus on rest and being calm
UN: Letting go of my fear of not sleeping
CH: Replacing it with calm and restful
CB: Peaceful and calm
UA: Turning over my fear to a higher source
TH: Letting go of worry for this evening
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: Choosing to let go and focusing on calm and peaceful thoughts
