Feeling Overwhelmed—sometimes you just don’t know where to start--- so I find accepting where I am a good place to begin. See how you feel afterwards.
KC: Even though I have all these things to do and I don’t know where to start. I accept all my feelings and myself.
KC: Even though I have a gazillion things to do and they are all important. I accept how stressed I feel.
KC: Even though I don’t know where to start for whatever reason real or imagined. I want to accept my feeling and know I’m okay anyway.

CB: I can’t do it
UA: Yes, you can
TH: No, I can’t
EB: There’s TOO much to do
SE: What’s one thing I can do
UE: There are so many THINGS
UN: I can’t do it
CH: Yes, you can
CB: Pick one
UA: Anyone
TH: It doesn’t have to be perfect
EB: I give myself permission to just pick one thing to do
SE: I’ll feel better if I just start
UE: Focusing on just one thing
UN: Focusing on one thing might inspire me to do another thing on my list
CH: That’s happened before
CB: I can pick one thing
UA: I don’t have to be perfect
TH: I can do one thing
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: Ahhh, that wasn’t so bad. The blog is done. It was easy and effortless---I think I can ease on into my day now- and so it is!
