Safe

It’s a process to want it, choose it, let go, and start to feel it and know it is growing in you.  Let’s borrow benefits and tap some charge off Pt 22

KC: Even though I never felt safe even in my body and thought I had to control my world in order to feel safe, I choose to dive high into the new energy
KC: Even though I was never safe as a child, I’m growing in the habit of destroying that illusion
KC: Even though a part of me doesn’t think I’ll ever feel or be safe, I choose to destroy and un-create that illusion

EB: Alone
SE: I feel alone on this journey
UE: Some people choose dysfunctional or codependent relationships
UN: And they seem really happy
CH: Or some choose to relive the past over and over
CB: And they seem really happy
UA: They have their tribe of people
TH: Who live in that limitation

EB: They all seem happy and yet
SE: The vibration is circular
UE: Not upward
UN: I feel alone
CH: I’m not sure who I am
CB: Or what will come next
UA: It’s an adventure for sure
TH: One I must do alone

EB: Safe
SE: Do I feel safe
UE: Discovery
UN: It feels more like I’m a discoverer
CH: I’m going where I’ve never been before
CB: Open, spacious and grateful
UA: Safe
TH: Expanding up

Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh

CB: I start to get jealous and then I remember I chose to go beyond limitation

When the limiting thoughts come back tap on the UE and say or think: I am ready to dive higher
