UE: Yes I do
UN: You just forgot to pause before you ate
CH: NO I didn’t
CB: I just felt too overwhelmed
UA: but I do admit that I’m getting closer to wanting this behavior to stop
TH: that’s a start
EB: maybe start a ritual like tapping before you eat
SE: I tap all the time
UE: what’s the point
UN: but tapping helps you become aware
CH: like people used to pray before eating
CB: tap before eating and tap your blessings
UA: tap to become aware of what you are feeling
TH: I could do that
EB: I like to feel full
SE: tap that you eat slower
UE: and more like a child who LOVES what they eat
UN: That might work
CH: I choose to keep tapping and trying
CB: I choose to tap my way into solution energy
UA: I love myself enough to tap until I am aware
TH: New habits take time
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: Choosing to acknowledge that this will take time and to be proud of myself
When the urge comes back tap on the UE and say: “I honor and acknowledge my struggle and to keep tapping and seeking solutions.”
