SE: I can do my intuitive breathing while there to see what feels light and right for me

UN: Or, go with a plan to make colorful meals
CH: To eat food I never had before---I wonder what turnips taste like
CB: If my body is gonna be different maybe I can try different foods
UA: Ah, the aroma and the colors
TH: Maybe I’ll get up the nerve to post what I make on Facebook
EB: That will create quite the buzz among my friends
SE: Food that is nutritious and delicious and not fattening
UE: I hate cooking
UN: Maybe start with fruit creative dishes
CH: Allowing myself to put the fun back into making meals
CB: Allowing myself to play with food in the best sense possible
UA: I allow my body to partner with me in selecting nutritious food

Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
