CB: I’m fine with choosing fruit instead of pie
UA: I’m great with enjoying watching others load on the pounds
TH: Grateful it’s not my hips taking the pounding
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: Yep, I’m great at setting boundaries
When the limiting thoughts come back tap on the UE and say or think: “I’m committed to a happy, healthy, and fit body---NOW---and that makes me happy”
