KC: Even though as a child my eating was atrocious I acknowledge this and love and accept myself.
KC: Even though as a child I didn’t have healthy eating habits for various reasons. I choose to acknowledge this and choose different behavior.
KC: Even though food soothes me. I choose to look at my issues and remove the charge and kick my poor habits to the curb.
EB: But I like my sweets
SE: I like my carbs
UE: I NEED my comfort foods
UN: You can’t make me give them up
CH: What will I do with out them
CB: It’s not fair
UA: I sacrifice so much
TH: You’re asking too much
EB: Okay, so I don’t like how my body looks
SE: And maybe my energy level isn’t what I want
UE: I’m too old to change
UN: I don’t want to look at childhood issues
CH: I don’t want to face all that pain
CB: I don’t want to
UA: I’m tired of not feeling in control
TH: I don’t like overeating
EB: Maybe I could start to look at a few issues
SE: I have started loving myself more
UE: That feels good
UN: I do like how I feel when I’m not in a food coma
CH: This might be hard
CB: Darn it---I’m worth it
UA: I can start letting it go in a general way
TH: That would work
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: Just thinking about letting it go scares me and also excites me. I’m worth it and I deserve to live a happy and healthy life.
