KC: Even though I ate too much at this meal I acknowledge that it was one meal and I choose to focus on the healthy things I did eat because I love myself.
KC: Even though I was tired and ate too much I choose to acknowledge this and not beat myself up.
KC: Even though my old behavior is to obsess and focus on what I did wrong. I choose to love myself and take pride on what I did right.

TH: I wasn’t aware that I was so tired and my habit is to overeat
EB: But I ate really well the rest to of the time
SE: Doesn’t that count for something
UE: Sure it does
UN: I can start over NOW and go back to taking pride in myself
CH: I am worthy and deserving of taking pride in myself
CB: Beating myself up is a an old habit
UA: I choose to start letting that go
TH: It starts with shifting my focus
EB: I did really well all day
SE: I’m doing amazing well over all
UE: I just overate at one meal—it’s just calories
UN: Not the end of the world
CH: Turning to source to fill me up
CB: I forgot to pause before I ate to see how I was feeling
UA: Next time I’ll check in first to see if I have to tap first
TH: I can tap for a minute before I sit down to eat
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: I can stop and ask myself how my day is going. I would ask that of a friend coming to dinner. If they needed a minute to tap a charge out I’d be there for them. I’m worth a minute.
