KC: Even though I’m used to not eating off my best plates and engaging in conversation with myself. I acknowledge this and choose to honor myself more.

EB: I don’t have time to pause and check in
SE: I don’t have time to set the table as if a guest was coming over
UE: I don’t have time I tell you
UN: Wait- if I was to clean up one thing before I eat I can ask myself how I feel
CH: Appreciate the food and where it came form
CB: Tell myself “thanks” for taking the time to make something
UA: I can ask if there is something bothering me
TH: If so I can acknowledge it
EB: yea, I’m really angry at so-and-so for what they said
SE: they really get on my nerves
UE: don’t they know they look like a fool
UN: they remind me of me not too long ago if I’m honest
CH: I don’t want to be reminded of that
CB: but they keep acting that way and it reminds me and
UA: if I can change why can’t THEY
TH: Why can’t they just “get it”
EB: oops, I’m focusing on the negative just like them
SE: I’m whining about them
UE: I’m actually proud of all the change I’ve gone through
UN: I’m doing a great job
CH: I’m so proud of taking care of myself
CB: I’m so proud of setting boundaries even if they don’t honor them
UA: I’m proud I can choose who to let into my world
TH: I choose to focus on this quiet time with myself
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
UE: I choose to focus on this quiet time with myself. To enjoy my meal and to talk to my Team or myself and review ALL the positive things I did today. I’m worthy and deserving of a peaceful and relaxing meal with myself.
