KC: Even though I’m overwhelmed with all these new tools I don’t have to be perfect---I only have to TAP. The answers will come.
KC: Even though I don’t have money and things I can ask “How would I feel if I had money and things?”
EB: I’d feel safe
SE: I’d feel secure
UE: I’d feel content
UN: I’d feel confident to take risks
CH: How can you feel this way without money and things?
CB: Actually, I do have a roof over my head
UA: I live in a safe and secure area
TH: I have enough money to pay my rent for a month
EB: I’ve never been homeless
SE: Somehow I’ve found the solution in time
UE: I am trying new things
UN: I’m taking a leap of faith
CH: I am growing in confidence
CB: The more I acknowledge these qualities now
UA: The more they will grow
TH: I am healthy
EB: I do have some money
SE: There are a lot of ways money can come to me
UE: Using coupons
UN: Not overeating
CH: Shopping for bargains
CB: Wearing clothes I haven’t worn in months
UA: I actually have more than I though I did
TH: I can see how money and things can come to me in different ways
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: I can look at all the ways love, money, and bliss can come to me--- in ways outside of the box or my usual way of defining them.
This weekend look around at how abundant you are. Can you walk, can you appreciate all the leaves on a tree, can you picnic in the park instead of going to a restaurant? Shift your focus—are you safe and secure in the moment? See ya Monday.
