KC: Even though I hate to learn more about my shortcomings I choose to love and accept myself anyway.

EB: Letting the anger bubble up
SE: Letting the frustrate rise
UE: smiling at the mini‐tantrum I’m having
UN: Its NOT funny
CH: Sure it is
CB: Did anyone ever let you FEEL your feelings and love you anyway
UA: NO
TH: SO go ahead and feel the feelings and know I love you/me anyway
EB: Its okay this time
SE: I won’t get in trouble for feeling my feelings this time
UE: This is pretty good
UN: No one is disappointed in me
CH: I’m just having a human reaction
CB: I’m growing up
UA: Okay I can breathe again
TH: I think I’ll be okay now
Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: Feeling the emotions subsiding. Not getting into trouble. Now I can focus on the “obstacle”. Breathing and letting go.
