KC: Even though in the past I only experienced JOY when the experience was “extreme” I can choose to feel the JOY in small experiences.
KC: Even though in the past someone robbed me of feeling JOY I can choose to let that go and focus on the present moment.
KC: Even though this is new behavior I honor and love how great I’m doing.
EB: I don’t have to live in extremes
SE: I don’t have to feel guilty for enjoying how glorious the sun feels on my face
UE: I don’t have to feel embraced for feeling how delightfully tingly my face feels when the wind kisses my cheeks
UN: Closing my eyes and feeling the vibration of the computer
CH: Feeling the rhythm of my stomach rising and falling as I take gentle, full breathes
CB: Feeling my back resting on the chair
UA: Moments of being one with my surroundings
TH: Feeling safe and secure

UN: Secure and Abundant
CH: An abundance of sensations in the moment
CB: Feeling the air swirl around me
UA: Feeling the tingling in my head

SE: No one to interrupt my bliss

CH: Safely growing and experiencing JOY
CB: Joy can be a whisper

Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth- ahhhh
CB: I am worthy and deserving of cherishing these moments. I am worthy and deserving of storing more of these joyful moments in my memory. I am worthy and deserving of these tiny, special moments. Thank you.
